So conveniently located to BU, most of the staff went out of their way to help, hotel was clean!
The woman at the counter in the restaurant was dismissive and seemed like she hated me for some reason. I was polite, smiled, wasn't a pain at all..she barely made any eye contact at all, took my order without saying anything to me. I stood there for a few seconds and then realized she was done with me. I ordered a Starbucks coffee..I thought she would make it and then hand it to me as there was no one in the place. I sat down, my breakfast came out 10 minutes later, but no coffee. The lady who brought out my food apologized and made me my coffee in 2 minutes. As I ate, I watched the lady behind the counter chat up a customer and fawn all over him. It was so weird. It really seemed like she had something against me for some reason....

Nothing is perfect and when I did have an issue it was dealt with efficiently and quickly
There was no freezer in the refrigerator and no buffet but as I said above, nothing is perfect and for me to complain about this would be unreasonable on my behalf

Room was spacious (single King) and the HVAC worked well. Comfy bed. Super clean bathroom, nicely appointed
Breakfast was ordinary. We didn't order a hot meal, but took from the cold offerings of cereal, fruit, yogurt. Pastries were wrapped and we didn't take. Covid guidelines were followed, except at breakfast where guests could, if they wanted, congregate at the coffee bar, as it was self-service. I believe there were no water glasses in the bathroom.

"Staff " , was very accommodating, patient, and helpful with challenges of our stay while at the same time dealing with specific challenges of property.
If there's anything to be said negative, it would be that the "pot holes"upon the entrance to property need some attention .
