La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Binghamton - Johnson City

The area of my room had been freshened up with paint and carpet. The young lady at the desk was superb! She was friendly, kind, helpful and on top of her game. And...an attractive little lady. SHE DOES DESERVE A GOOD RAISE AT NEXT EVALUATION!!!

The bed left a little to be desired. It has seen its day in the motel/hotel industry. The faucets in the room 10-and probably rest of the hotel- are cheap ones used in the remodel..mine leaked a bit when turned on- Room 105. You could not control the workman putting some kind of conduit on the west side of building. They started early and noisy all day.

I liked that staff was courteous and kind and efficient! I liked that they showed they knew what working in the hospitality industry was alll about. I stayed at an adjoining property by best western and I never had such rude or incompetent treatment and was unsatisfied after calling corporate with a complaint. The will never get my business nor endorsement. Your, a breath of fresh air. Just had dusty lamps and a remote that was broken, but we made it work.

Could have been cleaner. Dust build-up looked like from beginning of pandemic. All other areas clean.

I still think it's a little pricy for the service I had. It still could be cheaper I don't know why isn't there a single queen bed for a single person of needed. It's either booking king sized bed or 2 queen beds which will make it expensive for a single person and I ended up booking 2 queen beds for only me!

Breakfast was good. The uses of local gym facilities was outstanding. Big factor in staying here again. Desk, kitchen, and houskeeping staff were very friendly.

The maintaince man just srugged off the slow drain in the bath tub and never fixed the problem. Room wasn't dirty but it was dusty.

Comfortable beds...perfect location...in the middle of everything! Restaurants, Mall, Arcades, Supermark..and the microwave was the bonus for me..

Only thing I didn't like was early mornings the addicts yes drugs users was always in the hallways scratching and fighting..and the my daughter was unable to use the swimming pool due to her age and was told its only for laps.

Front desk was very accommadating

I left a important book behind that the housekeeping staff stated they did not locate. I know it was left behind..it had $71 dollars in it.i went back ten minutes after check out and the were already in my room with it stripped. When I asked to see thier garbage..(thinking they may of discarded it ) they stated they already disposed of all trash from the building.

it’s very conveniently located near food and a shopping mall. The staff was friendly.

one of the beds had someone’s hair in it and the bottom of the bed was all ripped, the pool was also not located in the building as I thought it was(a few buildings away)

The room was large and very comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised in the size. I was also surprised how nice it was for allowing pets.

The hotel was very noisy. Thin walls. You could hear everything from the rooms around you and in the hall.

Smoke alarm in the room went off at 5:30 am & woke me up...continued to beep every few seconds until I checked out at 7:30 am. I told front desk at checkout but the woman took $20 off the tab. Didn't expect that but was pleased.

we were up for a wake and funeral, the location was close to the funeral home and the church

the carpet in the room (110) had a frayed area which could have been a hazard
