Super 8 by Wyndham Ticonderoga

Room was a nice size and clean for the most part. Great location, Dining, shopping and attractions were close by.

I booked this hotel in March for a July stay. When we got there I saw on Booking.com that the rates for the date we were staying had dropped considerably. I didn't say anything, though. The breakfast was not worth the stay for the price we paid. There was nothing served hot. it was all cereals, muffins, breads, and yogurts. No eggs, bacon or waffles,

The room was comfortable and clean (except the stained chair). I like not having carpet in the room. We stayed for 5 nights and did not expect any housekeeping services while there. It was nice to come back each day to clean, fresh towels and the trash being emptied. Front office staff were friendly.

The lobby and hallways could definitely use a good cleaning.

The staff/receptionist could not have been more willing & accommodating to meet our needs. She extended her service to meet our needs. Our son, fiancée, and their puppy stopped by after a long day of traveling for just a short time to help with walking our dog while we attending a wedding and they were kindly greeted and gained access to our room just when we needed their help the most and they needed to unwind for a bit. I can not be more thankful to Super 8 for the super service!

There was nothing I did not like.

Location was great. Breakfast they never said you had to go to the front desk to get it. Found it when we checked out.

When I booked the room I was told one price. I have multiple emails stating my total. Found the charges on my credit card for more money!

Trish and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Had a small problem with toilet seat coming off, was addressed immediately.

Breakfast very skimpy. Other places I have stayed have a buffet at breakfast with choices. I received and lunch bag with a danish, child's juice box, and fruit cup. Did not get to choose anything.

The location was perfect for us, the room size was great.

The room needed a little attention. The air conditioner unit’s grill fell off in the night. The bathroom sink did not have a working stopper, and the toilet did not flush well.

I like this staff best.

They are doing the bag breakfasts. it is fine, but it would be nice if they went back to the hot breakfasts. They changed the queen-sized beds to double which makes sense to economize, but of course the larger bed is more accommodating.

The property was conveniently located, clean and staff was friendly.

Breakfast needs improvement, more comfortable mattresses and electrical outlets were partially working.

The area was quite the rooms were comfortable and clean. Great place for the price.

The road it had large potholes that needed to be avoided could be a problem at night. The breakfeast could have had more choices.

I was quoted 1 price Booking.com but that didnt include NYs extra taxes. Who charges for having a safe in the room - New York lol. I'm surprised we weren't charged when the smoke alarm went off lol
