Amy and Wayne were warm and welcoming hosts. The breakfasts (served in the dining room by a warm and cozy fire) were delicious and cheerfully modified for any dietary restrictions you might have. The accommodations were thoughtfully appointed, clean, cozy and inviting. Everything was decorated so beautifully for the holidays. I would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I stayed for six nights. We were very comfortable utilizing one of the upstairs rooms which also had adjoining eating and living room areas. We felt that the end was an excellent place from which we could do daily hikes into the surrounding Keene Valley High Peaks. The longer we stayed, the more we relaxed. Wayne and Amy were excellent and attentive hosts. There was a daily cooked component to the breakfast which was very good. We strongly recommend this property is an excellent place to consider if you wish to have a base to explore the high peaks.
Our room was a little dark and could’ve done with one more lamp in an alcove which contained the fridge

The Inn exceeds in not only being comfortable with very welcoming hosts, but providing a wide array of those small things any traveler might just discover needing, from a bag of trail mix to take on a hike to a fireplace like heater to take the chill off in the morning, to hot chocolate for the thermos to a complete review of the three bakeries which might provide a pie

Pulling up to the house covered with snow along with the Christmas lights felt like home immediately. It was so beautiful and set the tone for our stay. Very clean. Great Breakfast! O and by the way did I mention GREAT Breafast!!
