Fairfield Inn by Marriott Rochester East

We thought the breakfast could have been a little better. The juice machine was broken! The only fresh fruit was apples and oranges. I would understand that but fresh berries, peaches and melons are in season! There was nothing fresh to put on the lumpy oatmeal or cereal.

We got back to the Fairfield about 9:30 PM. My husband went down to check the pool ( we knew there were quite a few kids staying this weekend). As expected it was full! Much splashing and playing with beach balls. We understand but we couldn't even get in the hot tub! May be kids kurfew for the pool could be 10:30 which would give adults a little time.

Great stay for the price. Pool and hot tube area were nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Our room was cleaned using some highly scented products, maybe Febreeze or something was sprayed on the curtains it seemed. My wife suffers from migraines and it would be nice to have some unscented rooms available. Still a great place and would return. PS: a couple of electric car chargers in the parking lot would be nice, would have used one if it were there.

Breakfast was delicious and there were an adequate amount of different options. I liked that the property was easy to find. The room was clean and the staff made check-in extremely easy.

It is a little off of the beaten path but still only 20 minutes out from the heart of Rochester.

Breakfast was good, employees were very friendly, room was clean. Will stay here on our next visit.

The towel would not dry in the bathroom very well, but we reused them anyways. Would like to have more towel bars, maybe take down bathroom picture and put in towel bars.

Location was ideal! Staff were super accommodating and the whole place was neat and clean. Loved loved loved our stay!!

The air in the pool was a bit over chlorinated but in light of Covid I understand why. Perhaps a bit more ventilation?

Breakfast was great, our children enjoyed it and it had more options then what I was anticipating.

The pool could be open longer it would be nice but I fully understand why it's not. One of the perks is that it IS open until 11! (:

The breakfast was better than expected and better than other hotels I have stayed at. The facility was clean, quite, and safe.

We were still 25 min from our destination but thankful you had room we could rent on such a busy weekend.

We did not love the breakfast options. Would have been nice to have some healthier cereals- but we understood that due to Covid - it was decent.

They did let me check in early around 7:00 a.m. however I did get charged half of a day fee, but the he staff was accommodating reasonable on point and treated me kindly! They are genuinely kind realistic hard-working and easy going!

The pool and spa tub are not up and running yet, however it doesn't say that anywhere online and I applied that amenity to my filter when searching for which place to stay... BIG BUMMER

The breakfast was great, actually wish that the waffle part could have been used but was out. Margaret had checked me in and out and was very helpful. Had a great stay and will stay here again.
