Hampton Inn Rochester-Webster

The hotel location was right off of the highway and 15 mins or less from everywhere we visited during our stay. The breakfast was great, lots of options even for the pickiest of kids. The pool was nice. The room was clean. The shower head was tall and the water pressure in the shower also good.

It could've been our room, but our only complaint was that the mattresses in our opinion were not comfortable. We woke up a little stiff and sore each morning. But on the other hand, my kids thought they were great. So it could just be us.

I put it in our reservation notes we needed a crib. When we got to the room it wasn’t there which was fine, so I asked the man at the front desk and he said he’d get it right to our room. It never came. So I went downstairs and asked again, he apologized and said the crib was on another floor, but he noted our room number and said he’d get it Right up. Again, it never came and I saw the man outside smoking a cigarette so we just gave up and our child slept with us instead.

Reviving the crib we asked for 3 times. Otherwise a wonderful stay

The staff was friendly and accommodating. We loved that there was a pool. The grounds were clean. Our rooms were clean, we loved having the shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and lotion already in the bathroom in big bottles and having a real breakfast than just donuts and cereal was a huge plus for our family.

Great location from the highway for ease of on/off and other amenities.

The pool was cold, the hot tub was overwhelming strong of bleach and room full of unsupervised children. It was reported by several others staying on site to staff. Not much was done to handle the chaos.

The chlorine in the pool was so overwhelming, it stained all of our clothes. Went down for breakfast and all the tables were dirty. I had to use napkins and hand sanitizer to clean a table off before we eat breakfast.

The staff! Everyone was so lovely and friendly toward my children. We also loved the pool and the hot tub. It was the main reason we decided to stay!

The air conditioning unit in our room was constantly leaking out of the bottom corner, so there was a huge wet spot I had to step in on my way to my side of the bed. I let the staff know, though.

the breakfast had a lot of options and it was central to where we needed and wanted to go. it was nice we were able to get a joining room with the type of rooms we reserved! would stay again

the kids didn't notice but thought the pool was a little cool, the water and the room. but otherwise it was good!

the staff was great especially Mike at reception. he gave me the best service I’ve ever had. shydel( not sure if that’s how you spell his name also was great. the hotel was great and clean

the products in the pool are stronger than any pool I’ve been in.

I liked my room. The facilities were clean. The staff was always helpful. The location was perfect.

I missed not having a hot breakfast. i would have rather been on the first floor. overall my stay was very enjoyable. I will come again.

we just needed a place to sleep to get back out early. This worked out great for us. The breakfast was a big plus, so we didn’t have to plan another stop.

description said it was 2 minutes from RIT, however it was 25 minutes. it was an easy drive, though.
