Nice, clean and new hotel - perfect location to reach all the golf courses in Pinehurst. Good breakfast for a reasonable price. Friendly personal.

Room service needed to be requested. They still blame it on Covid that they do not clean up the room every day if you do not request it. If you want to have your room cleaned up every day and want fresh towels request it at the check-in and confirm from time to time.

This was my first time ever in Pinehurst, Nc. My grandmother passed and she’s from Pekin, Nc a little country area that I refused to stay in. Found this place and was able to book and be with all my family. I love where the location has a Walmart right up the street. That’s always a win for me. The staff was awesome. The bar was even better my siblings and I met some good people our last night there at the bar. The rooms were very comfortable. Overall great experience. Definitely recommend to anyone.

My only issue was someone calling the front desk on my 1 year old for running around. I never knew the floors were so thin in hotels or at least so it seemed.

The hotel was practically brand new! It had a full-service restaurant (and bar) but you could still grab a quick bite for breakfast from the continental buffet if you didn't have time to wait. The rooms were modern and sleek with thoughtful storage space in the closet area and a nice coffee and tea nook. Last but most importantly, the beds were INCREDIBLY comfortable. I would easily stay here again when I come back to Pinehurst.

Everything was as it should be from online booking to checkout. You get what you pay for these days and HGI in Southern Pines did not disappoint. We didn’t get a chance to check out the onsite restaurant or bar due to a late arrival but the breakfast was very good and convenient. I would recommend this property to anyone and love the Southern Pines area, can not wait until our next visit here.

Our stay was great! The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The cleaning crew made sure we had clean towels and toiletries during our stay and the staff was most helpful. The "welcome" greeting that included my name on the TV was also really thoughtful. :)

My son and I stayed here for a soccer tournament. It was just an overnight visit, and it had everything we needed: a hot shower, a spacious room, and very clean facilities. Everyone we met was kind and accommodating, and a hot breakfast was what we needed before a full game day.

Clean, modern property! The dinner is really delicious and healthy! We tried almost everything on the menu and it was great each time - kudos to the Chefs and team!

This property is brand new - very clean and nice. They offered breakfast and had a bar and dinner but I didn’t get the opportunity to try those. staff was very friendly and helpful.

Convenient location to adult and children activities. Everything is within walking distance, good for long term and short ten stays!
