Days Inn & Conf Center by Wyndham Southern Pines Pinehurst

Since price was very inexpensive (compared to other places in area), I was expecting the worst. It was actually very decent. Rooms were old, but satisfactory. All staff were so very nice and helpful. Breakfast was sufficient, but minimal (though my husband told me that there was more available when he went early!). I never saw any protein. Pool was very nice, but we never took the time to get in it. My only "negative" was that there appeared to be some customers that "lived" there. One night, there was music jamming extremely loud on the back side of hotel. It was 11:30 at night. That was a little scary.

1) A little protein at breakfast is needed. 2) When you allow people to "rent" hotel rooms for extended periods of time, and these people treat the hotel as an apartment (sit outside their hotel rooms late at night, play extremely loud music and smoke pot), you will probably eventually lose your regular tourist-type travelers. Not a good feel.

Stated here before but they have made a lot of noticeable positive improvements. All new beds that are extremely comfortable. Excellent on site bar/restaurant. The location was near all of our favorite shops and restaurants. The pool was beautiful as always.. there were no rowdy guests, my husband and I were able to get some much needed rest without any disturbances. We actually stayed an extra night because we enjoyed how peaceful it was.

Small pillows, but no big deal, just bring your own. Small issue with the door not locking but was fixed promptly.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Multiple ice machines Hot water Heat/ AC really works well View of the pool ( beautiful at night) 2nd floor, got lots of cardio ;-) had a microwave and mini fridge Short drive to almost everything

Closet ice machine was broken Scalding hot water (please be careful) Curtains didn't close all the way, had to use a clothespin 2nd floor, got lots of cardio Only had a microwave and mini fridge, needed an oven

Very nice layout. Right off of the highway. Helpful staff. Indian Restaurant smelled great, sadly we had already eaten Breakfast was a continental to-go bag. Decent little treat if you don’t have anything else Room was clean and well maintained. Water temperature and pressure were good.

Pool was closed for maintenance, this needs to go in the advertisements/reservation. Booked this partly for the pool. One of the guests was drunk, mad, and cussing at his ex well into the night. Management did nothing about it.

Everything was legit I like the front desk man he's really cool this is not the first time I've stayed here the housekeepers are really friendly nice place top notch Indian restaurant inside and bar awesome! Days Inn actually saved my birthday from being a nightmare from another hotel thanks guys you guys are awesome. Much Love

The rooms were clean and Ms. Laura made our stay extra phenomenal!!

I kept getting asked for a registration card for my service animal, even though he was properly vested and tagged. Ms. Laura fixed it and was great!!

The location is right off Hwy 1 in Southern Pines. Very accessible to restaurants and shops. The hotel was doing upgrades but the noise was very minimal.

I had booked a king room when I checked in and went to my room I had double beds, no king ,back to desk was then told they did not have any king rooms . Take note checkin time 3:00. I was there before 4:00,and there are no kings, !! Anyway I just feel if a room is booked for one type don't switch my room for another nondesired type without consulting the payer or giving a heads up.

It was very convenient.  I’ve stayed there many times before.

Only when I leave my room in my car locked me out. I had to get my car redone but other than that it was OK.

Away from the road, first floor. When we asked for an extra blanket, they were very quick getting it to us!! Curtains actually block the light!!!

The floors are carpeted. Not thrilled about the trailer at the edge of the property. Lack of outlets near both sides of the bed.
