SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Southern Pines Pinehurst

The entire staff that met were exceptional,very informative and friendly.

The only negative thing I can say.was the floors were dirty.they had been swept or vacuumed but not mopped .our feet were filthy after walking across.we had just came back from pedicures.and bath tub was clean but had rust/lime stains and dirt had gathered on corners of bathroom.

Everything available nicely located.

Bed had a rail that stuck out & grand daughter cut her leg on it. Dead fly in corner of sink. That happens . We didn’t change rooms because of bed because all our stuff was situated. We had gauze & tape we put on her leg & on bed rail. Stuck a pillow over it because it was against wall. Fix it please.

Very affordable, good area, friendly staff, courteous neighbors

Rooms being direct access from the parking lot, like a traditional inn or motel. Really prefer to be totally indoors, with our room being off of a hallway. Also, floors very dirty (had to wear shoes because socks were filthy after a few minutes).

It was convenient and close to everything.

The AC wasn’t the best. Set the temp to 68 and it felt like it never dropped below 74. Toilet also didn’t flush properly.

Everything. Breakfast was wonderful and the place was clean.

Everything was beautiful. Had a few loud neighbors that kept my kids up during the night but it's a hotel so that expected. So 5 stars!

The location was great. This was our second stay there. This time I didn't get charged 4 times for my one room!!!!

Our door to our room looked like it was pried into. The gentleman at the front desk had zero personality. Like he really didn't want to be there and me checking out and wanting a receipt was an inconvenience to him.

This is my third stay at this hotel. Got to stay in my preferred room three times. Shea the evening reception manager is outstanding, friendly, very helpful and very professional. Looking forward to a return in May of 2022.

I had no complaints about anything.

Front Desk personnel named Sam was very helpful and offered to help in any way we needed.

Free Breakfast had very llimited choices. Computer available for use in the lobby was broken. Space bar was stuck.

For the price and only staying one night I was figuring we were going to walk into a place that was dated old. Surprise. It was clean and the grounds were nice. We had special requests and they were meet with a smile. Even my little guy (pet) was welcomed.

I was charged three times for my room. “Computers weren’t working right” clearly they were. Problem was fixed but the bank was holding over $400 for a $149 charge 🙄front desk staff was a bit rude. Didn’t know how to work the computers or the new “system”.
