The Landmark Inn

Breakfast was a little lame all prepackaged food compared to other hotels, that I have stayed IE Hampton Inn, IHG> Where it is a hot meal, along with the cereal and hard boiled eggs. Plenty of parking, but no pool access which I could have sworn I saw when making the reservations.

There was an incident where one of the maid staff was having a vocal argument with another maid staff member and was not corrected or pulled aside by the manager and this continued for about 10 minutes with the breakfast crowd of patrons having to listen to it. Not very professional, and what I would expect from a manager. When I asked the management staff about it the next day they said that it was taken care of but then I saw the same individual the following day still being rude and obnoxious on the premises.

the people are great and it is clean, quiet, and spacious. The fresh baked cookie at check-in was awesome. it’s also close to restaurants and right near the event I was attending. Some of the nearby cheaper hotels had poor feedback about criminal activity, filth etc. None of that here, just the opposite.

The pillows were hard and the water pressure in the shower wasn’t very high. It’s on Fort Bragg so I had to register there on arrival. I couldn’t figure out the tv remote but that is at least partly because I didn’t care very much about it.

One of the best parts of our stay was definitely the staff - from the housekeeping staff to the front desk, everyone we came into contact with was friendly, helpful, and kind! Super accommodating, great with our dog - even gave us a room convenient to an exit to bring him in and out to potty easier! Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the breakfast area was pretty good too.

The guest laundry could use some improvement - one of the washers and two of the dryers were out of service during our stay, and with the hotel’s clientele primarily military, as you can imagine there’s definitely a need for laundry facilities.

The front staff and housekeeping were very friendly and professional. The breakfast was good not great. The location was prime, it was less than a quarter mile from shopping.

The room was so small. The bed was too short and I felt like I was falling whenever I laid down. You can get a better deal booking with a third party rather than through their site.

Great bed linens, bath & body products, your staff here is friendly, hard working and keep every area very clean from breakfast buffet to stairwells, front desk staff always cheery.

Bedding wonderful, beds need to be periodically rotated as lampstand side pretty uncomfortable, towels, washcloths need replaced more frequently as this hotel gets ALOT of use....option of soft & firm pillows in room. Resume mouthwash in rooms

Excellent location. Breakfasts were delicious, options were always plentiful, and breakfast areas were always kept very clean. Staff were wonderful, pleasant, and helpful….especially Maria (who was always there to lend a helping hand) (Thank you, Maria, for all of your kind gestures!) Rooms were very clean and comfortable. A very enjoyable stay! We’ll be back!

Allowed me to bring my pet. I thought the price was a little to high, but compared to other rooms off post, this was a good price. Descent breakfast options. Plenty of space.

Needs lighting in the back parking lot and entrance.

Everything and the staff are all very professional and friendly. One in particular was Ms. Kim who was our housekeeper and just provided top notch service. Very accommodating hotel and would definitely stay again.

The bed was uncomfortable, and squeaky. We are used to firm memory foam mattress so bed is probably fine. We are just used to our own mattress. Fridge in cabinet with door closed everything froze. Need to remove cabinet door. Gotta leave it open so stuff in fridge don't freeze and I walked in to it a few times.

Breakfast was great and the staff was super accommodating and helpful since it was the first time traveling with our baby.

Had difficulty with the pack and play mattresss because it didn’t fit all the way across but our baby slept with me because she was scared anyway.
