DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Charlotte/SouthPark

I loved everything about the hotel. It was beautiful 😍. I enjoyed the staff and the area of location was great. This was my first time to Charlotte and I will definitely come back to your hotel for another expanded stay.

I didn't like that the room was dusty 😕. Also the bathroom wasn't as clean as it should have been. I had to buy clorox bleach cleaner and clean the bathroom properly. The toilet has stains and the tub had a ring around it. Also the POOL was dirty and Nasty. I feel with so many people in and out of the pool someone should have been there to clean it out on a regular. It was dirt on the pool floor, trash on the tables from quest. I was disappointed. Also for the prices I was wondering why complementary breakfast wasn't offered? But thank God we were able to cook our own breakfast but some might want to relax considering their on vacation. This is the ONLY reasons I didn't give a 10 and I give a 9.

The hotel is located in a very nice area adjacent to symphony park, and shopping centers. It's literally a short walk away. The check in was very fast in fact one of the best experiences I've had thus far. They also offer bottled water and a cookie to guest at check in. The room was very nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The showers had good water pressure. Absolutely no issues with the room. The hotel also offers a buffet breakfast which is a separate fee from your room. I've gotta tell you the breakfast is good. They even have staff walking the dining area to assist you. Now, they dont serve lunch but they have a very nice selection for the dinner menu. The bar is very nice as well. In the courtyard area there are sitting areas with fire pits if that's of interest to you. Overall, it was a really good experience. I will be back!

I love the the property, it was very clean.

First off, the lady over charge my card, I’m still waiting on that issue to be resolved. Secondly, she gave us the wrong room and it was a long walk to go back to the service desk; she kept leaving me on hold when I used the phone in the room to call her. After she switched our rooms, I wanted to take an shower before we went out. 😩, the shower only gets warm and the drain didn’t work well, the bottom of the tub was filling up with water.

The breakfast was really good and the beds were super comfortable. The front desk lady was so nice and the entire hotel was beautiful. From the outdoor pool to the court yard, everything was very calming and beautiful.

To be honest, the only thing I did not like was the maid service attempting to clean my room when I did not ask for it. I have had incidences in the past, not with this hotel, and I do not like them coming into my room. And they did anyway and I had a lot of expensive things in there. The hotel should provide "do not disturb" signs for the guest doors.

Ambience over the top!! Foyer so inviting with multiple sitting areas and 2 fireplaces. Outdoor courtyard equally inviting with comfy chairs, tables and an ivy covered pergola! Pool was huge and had a beautiful waterfall at one end. Pool furniture was plentiful and comfortable. My suite was huge!! Loved the spacious patio with wrought iron table and chairs.

Bathroom a little outdated. Looked like towel rack behind toilet had fallen down and wasn't repaired properly. Dresser drawers did not open or close properly. Only had 1 towel, no facecloths!

Didn't get the breakfast. The room was at the very end of a long, long hall but it was a lovely suite with the best beds, sheets, and amenities. TV was excellent.

While trying to get reservations, we were unable to speak to anyone from that location, only a national site who had no clue where the property was. Also, the phone number given to us was incorrect so we had to book through Booking.com. Then you aren't able to change anything. It is like they punish you. I am sure that is why they gave us a room at the end of the longest hall way in the hotel.

I have stayed at about three different Hiltons in the South Park area of Charlotte and this is definitely the best one incredible size rooms wonderful staff the best ever continental breakfast ever in any hotel I have ever stayed at they had so much food out and all of it was delicious and the staff in the kitchen was fantastic I will definitely always stay at this hotel no one can touch with this hotel has to offer

When we checked in at around 5:00pm that day we they did not have a King Size bed available so we accepted a Queen Size bed. The receptionist said we would change it later. We made the request later that day and we were denied the change because of their policy. We would have paid less if we had booked the smaller size bed we received. Could you give us a refund for that smaller room change? Thank you, Delbert Sanders

The hotel itself was extremely clean and in a good location. the mall is literally right behind it and uptown is a quick 15 minute drive. Also the cookies were warm and delicious.

My only issue with this hotel was the parking. There is a parking deck but it is really inconvenient to use. It’s located behind the hotel and you have to walk through the hotel’s outside seating space to get to it. So if it rains like it was during my stay, you will get wet.

overall nice suite love the location we were so close to everything it was even a plus for us that or Turo host lived in the area also

housekeeping were slow to respond I ended up having to go to the front desk for towels. Also, if you wanted room service you have to order 24 hrs in advance didn’t expect that and we weren’t told on check in.
