nice staff good breakfast

It was a good location and clean place to stay. The only down side I had was there was an internet that was advertised to pay for that took my money but never gave me the internet. The lady at the front desk was very nice and tried to help but ultimately she could not do anything. I just think there shouldn’t be an advertisement for purchasing something at the hotel that they are not actually able to give. I did call the number for the internet but no one helped me just kept me on the phone for like 1 hour taking in circles instead of getting me a refund.

The location here was terrific, set back from busy roads. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful yard, nice big trees & bushes. I opened our curtains a couple of to take in the pleasant surroundings. Was also pleasantly surprised with the nice hot buffet breakfast. They had biscuits & gravy, sausages, eggs, bacon & the other usual stuff. Not "chinsy" either, was nice touch to have the hostess serving coffee & juice! Remember to bring a bit to tip if you feel so inclined.

Maybe "gluten free options"!

Property was great ! Rooms are very clean but the beds are as hard as a rock, that’s why for the 9 instead of 10. The staff were very friendly. My wife and I are truck drivers and got off the truck at 2:30 am and went straight to the hotel and allowed us to check in early even though Checkin wasn’t until 3 or 4 pm. I was so thankful because after driving around 735 miles that day I was ready for bed.

I love everything about this property mostly. There’s a nice swimming pool , a bar/ restaurant and they have a nice breakfast on the weekends. There’s also a guest laundry that’s really convenient for us so we could wash our laundry from work the previous week instead of going to an over crowded public laundromat.

The place was very clean an quit. Its an older facility but very well kept and maintained. The breakfast buffet was very good. I would recommend it over the local fast food restaurants near the facility. Although its a basic breakfast buffet the quality of the food was excellent. Attending staff top notch. I will stay there again. I had no preconceived Ideas about the facility but I was not disappointed. It was very good

This i not really a dislike more than an observation. Limited house keeping and food service. I'm sure due to Covid and no house keeping or food service on Christmas day. I understand that too.. The fact they got Christmas day off to be with their families I comment the management of the facility and I don't find that a negative at all.

The location and there was a lot of restaurants.. they did have breakfast but I had to leave I didn’t wanna run late to my exam.. but I definitely will stay here again..

The only thing I disliked about it was the best smelled funny.. but blanket and a pillow smell like outside.. it just had a funny smell.. you know sometimes you don’t dry your clothes or your blanket all the way through but it’s a certain smell..

Hot breakfast buffet was great. At check in Queen room reserved was available only on second floor. No elevator. We weren’t able to carry suitcase up stairs so they upgraded us to a suite on first floor. Was very nice and very much appreciated!

Large group of people had a fight on our floor outside of our room on our first night which made us feel very unsafe in this hotel and location. Don't know if this is a common problem here but have reservations about coming back.

Check in was simple and pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable. Coffee in the room was great. The pool was fantastic. Check out was pleasant and fast.

I would have liked the rear entrance "C" to have been locked. The entryway floor was dirty with debris and leaves. The TV in my room had the voice CC for blind on and there was no way to turn it off.

The room was immaculate. We had gone to Clemmons for a ride through Tanglewood to see the Christmas lights. Great location and wonderful stay. They don't have breakfast except on the weekend and the bar was only open on the weekend. We will stay there again.

No bar or breakfast. The water bottle was $3 for a small bottle.
