Best Western Plus Suites Greenville

The staff was attentive and very eager to please. We arrived late in the evening and the receptionist was very helpful, even leaving the pool open an extra hour so our kiddo could swim a little before bedtime. Also, the whole facility was well-staffed! Post-COVID, I've stayed at several hotels that felt like they were running on a skeleton crew; this was not the case at all at this hotel, there were employees everywhere! Housekeeping brought us fresh towels, the cafeteria staff asked us if we were finished with breakfast before breaking down the buffet, and we were given first-floor rooms as requested. Overall a great stay, wouldn't hesitate to come again!

Very friendly staff. We enjoyed the breakfast provided - wide variety of hot & cold items. The breakfast area was managed by Bob. Bob is very nice & accommodating. Enjoyed chatting with him. The room we got was quite big - 2 queen plus a huge sofa bed (which we didn't use). We also met the manager, Christy. You can tell she cared about her clients. Definitely a great value place and would stay here again.

Not the hotel's fault, but we were there during the week when lots of families with their baseball player children were around. Got too busy at certain times of the day.

At all the staff were friendly. Check-in was quick. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they listened to my request. The breakfast was good but when they say it ends at 9 o'clock, take their word on it. Make sure you were down there before 9 if you want breakfast. The coffee was good, and they have it out for you 24 hours A-day. Each day, they had scrambled eggs, sausage, Ham, A variety of cereals, bagels, toast, The only fresh fruit they had was apples. Their waffle making station included a variety of nuts and other toppings. They also had frozen sandwiches that you could heat up if you wanted them. Our room was clean, and you could tell that they kept up with the maintenance. I think this is the best-looking hotel I've been in, in a long time. The bed was comfortable and there was not a lot of noise.

It would have been nice on the weekend if the breakfast would've went until 10 o'clock. There there were about 10 people that came down after 9 looking for breakfast. And that was only while we were sitting there which was till about 9:15. But the hotel did make it clear that breakfast was only till 9 o'clock. They tell you when you check-in, and it's also on the laminated paperwork that they put in your room.

Clean and check in staff member was VERY friendly. We rolled in after midnight and after a long day of traveling his was friendly and very efficient. (I guess he knew we wanted to get to bed!). He did offer to open the pool for us if we needed it at all during our stay. Really nice guy. :)

The person making the breakfast in the morning was so friendly and attentive. This isn't on him...the eggs were powdered! It was a very diverse breakfast with someone for everyone, but the eggs were almost non-edible. It's a shame because everything else was great.

Location was accessible to everything. The property was clean and staff were welcoming and friendly. (Cody, Jock and Andre) Thank you for the hospitality. My room was spacious, clean and the bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. It made me realize I need to upgrade my bed at home. 😂😂😂 They just replaced the beds and upgrade the paint that is a nice blue color instead of the orange. Complimentary breakfast was perfect to grab and go.

Nothing negative to say about the property. It is off a busy highway, so you could hear the consistency of emergency vehicles (sirens) traveling more than I would like to hear, but other than that, excellent accommodations overall.

The location was a bit awkward to get to, and it was in a noncentral location. Someone who was disturbed sat at one of the computers in the lobby and sang loudly to a youtube video on the lobby computer, and he was left alone to do so. Staff could have invited him into a conversation and a cup of coffee without being confrontational. This, I'm afraid, will occur with more frequency and staff need to be trained for this. HOWEVER, staff as a whole were otherwise exceptional.

I liked it was close to my venue, big enough to accommodate my make up artist on wedding day and sleep comfortably the night before and after wedding. My matron of honor arrived one night early and she was able to book an additional night matching my room rate which saved them some money. Over all really great experience

I didn’t necessarily like being having to check out at 10 I think 11 or 12 check out would have been better.

I loved the size of the room (big and roomy with 2 queen beds, nice sized bathroom, sofa, TV, desk, mini fridge and microwave. The room was clean and the beds were super comfortable. I was pleased with how well maintained the property was as well. I loved how they had 24/7 hot coffee for coffee lovers like myself. The noise was minimal also. The location was close to everything in Greenville, NC (ECU, restaurants, gas, grocery stores, CVS, etc.). I will stay here again!

There was construction occurring right next door but I had ear plugs which were great. Always bring ear plugs when you travel because you never know what the noise level will be like. This was not a huge distraction (minimal noise that I could tolerate).

The complimentary breakfast was wonderful. So many options. Everyone was satisfied. From grandkids to parents and even grand parents. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone. The staff was exceptionally friendly and very knowledgeable about the hotel and Greenville, we especially enjoyed the gentleman running the breakfast area. He was helpful and courteous.

Everything was perfect.

Had traveled to Greenville to attend a funeral. The facility was conveniently located near relatives, was easily accessible, and we had no hiccups to deal with concerning our reservation and our room. Staff was very helpful, cooperative, and respectful.

Only problem we can even think of was dealing with a key card that was slow to "connect".
