Hampton Inn Williamston

I stay here every time I visit this area and they never disappoint. The rooms are clean the front staff is friendly. Our tub wasn't draining but I called the desk and they fixed it while we were out for the day. The only issue I had was when I called to be transferred to another room, they weren't able to do that. Besides that incident great stay. Oh and they also called us when we left our hat in the room and they said they would hold it or mail it back to us.

Comfortable beds, clean and newer amenities, it seemed. We loved the breakfast that is included; much more than just a bagel. This was a stopover spot for us on the way to the Outer Banks and we will definitely stop here again. I took my service animal, so there was no pet fee, normally pet fee here is $50. Still a great value for the money.

Excellent breakfast. Afternoon cookies on registration. Quiet room with 6 lights. 5-star tv. King bed comfortable with large end tables for items that need easy access. Registration was quick and due to early arrival, we were granted access to our room.

The shower head was aimed toward the back of the tub making it dangerous to move about or access the faucet. Although the shower curtain was inside the tub, puddles of water ended up on the tile floor that caused us to use towels to soak up the water.

Pet friendly, Excellent breakfast. A very nice hotel, clean and comfortable beds. Very quiet. Exceptionally friendly staff. It is surrounded by fields, which are ideal for exercising dogs and viewing a good sunset. A truck stop with a restaurant is next door. Further dining options are to the north in town.

This facility was very clean fresh .everything was functionable to be able to be use the bathroom was exceptionally clean and the atmosphere was cozy. I actually felt like I was at home for my one day stay I would most definitely recommend this location to everyone.You pay for what you get and this was so worth it.

There was no dislikes about this property everything was within reach the people were friendly and nice and the inside and outside it was clean

I liked the decor and it smelled very fresh every time we walked in. Complimentary breakfast was good as well.

We checked in late Friday night and the staff on duty was so rude and unprofessional. I received an email that I could check in virtually and receive a keyless entry via phone. The email stated to call in for more information which I did. The women I spoke to didn’t know what I was talking about and when I asked to speak with someone else she hung up on me. When we arrived at the facility she was on the phone and refused to acknowledge us at any point until she got off the phone 5 mins later. Very unprofessional and left a bad taste in my mouth.

The breakfast was fantastic! A good variety of food with a choice of turkey or pork sausages.

The check-in process when dealing with a third-party host like hotels.com or Expedia etc...

I'm about to stay there again. Somewhere clean. They gave me extra shampoo when I asked. They had a hot breakfast. A little different everyday. Waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, bagels, juices. I made a plate and took it back to my room. Even called and added an extra night with no problems.

My stay always be better then the last. I love visiting here and the staff I love these people friendly and just superb when it comes to knowing how to treat people!!

Nothing I can't complain about anything I didn't like. I'm a very satisfied customer!!♥️
