Courtyard Greenville

I love the way the lobby looked. It was beautifully decorated, very modern. The rooms were clean, and I liked the way they were set up. There is a separate door for the toilet, so you can still use the sink while someone else is using the facilities. I also liked the bistro in that you are able to have drinks and sit in the lobby and just relax. We have stayed at various hotels in the Greenville area because my husband family lives there, and by far, this is the best hotel to stay in, we will be staying here from now on. The staff is very pleasant and accommodating.

very clean and modern

After calling ahead about a late checkin, arrived to hotel that was overbooked. Had a reservation for a queen double room. Ended up in an accessible double room. At 11:30 pm was just happy to have a clean place to stay. The young professional at the desk was new, but very apologetic. The manager left her to flounder before walking out and punching keys on the computer. She never made eye contact or addressed me. Not very professional. The new staff member provided a voucher for complimentary breakfast.

Very clean and close to the University. My daughter was having a White Coat Ceremony for her Audiology Graduate Program. I had flown in from out of town and needed to check in early for a 3pm Ceremony. I was driving from Raleigh and the Hotel knew I was needing a room to get ready so I could be at her ceremony on time. As soon as I arrived in Greenville they said to call and it was ready within 10 mins. It was very clean and quiet despite a huge baseball game going on that same weekend. The staff was very accommodating.

I was overcharged for the room. It seems they charge you right away when you owe them. But if they owe you they take their sweet time paying you back. I think it took 5 days to be reimbursed.

Convenient location, super friendly and helpful staff and great value. Would stay here again.

I was expecting that a room listed and bookable for 5 individuals would have a fifth sleeping option in the room (sofa bed or similar), but it was just two queen beds. This was a bit cramped for a family of 5, but we made it work.

Cleanliness

Overpriced ($296 ) one night. No hairdryer. In-room coffee had 1 cup for 2 people, 3 coffee packets,. Most places have at least hand/body lotion in toiletry packet. For $300 per night, complimentary breakfast should be included -- not $5.00 cup of coffee or $10 breakfast.

This was my first time ever visiting Greenville NC. My first expectations of the hotel was the decor, it was warm feeling and very comfortable.

I wasn't satisfied with the shower nozzle being loose, I was afraid that it would've fallen off while bathing. Also the sheets on the bedding had a stain in it. I could not come to terms that it was washed , pressed or steamed. The TV can be updated on size and quality but overall I was satisfied!!

BREAKFAST WAS OK- JUST MAKE SURE IF INCLUDED THE HOTEL FEE PRIOR TO CHECK IN-THE HOTEL IS AWARE SO YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED AN EXTRA FEE AS I WAS, THEN HAD TO REVISIT THE HOTEL TO HAVE MY BILL ADJUSTED. HOTEL AND LOCATION WAS GREAT! MET MY NEEDS. STAFF VERY FRIENDY AND PROFESSIONAL. WILLING TO MAKE MY STAY VERY COMFORTABLE. VERY QUIET HOTEL.

We did not have breakfast. But the facility was fresh, clean and inviting. It was close to ECU and we plan to stay again some other time when the rates aren't so high.

Th cost for the room was outrageously expensive. With fees it was over $300 for one night. We were in a bind because we had to move our son out of college that night and we could not find another room available anywhere. So we bit the bullet and paid way more for the room than we should have.

The staff at this hotel is super friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping does a great job meeting the needs of guests.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like. However, we did have a minor toilet issue in one of our rooms but they had it repaired within 20 mins of our reporting it.

The breakfast was awesome, had the bistro sandwich and fruit most days. The service was even better - Mary and her partner were so nice and courteous and made us feel like family - even on Thanksgiving morning. They did get to go home to family later but that morning they took great care of us!
