Hampton Inn Washington

We liked having but on Friday no sausage or meat .She cooked some when asked but Saturday we were only 2 people there. My husband and s and does not eat cheese omelets so he asked her to do plain scrambled egg. She told him no so we went out to get breakfast

Breakfast! Like so said the lady was nice and fixed what was out of but the white lady had nothing to do at the time, no one was there

They are in the process of a major remodel. However property seems to function fairly well. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was pretty good (no fruit) with 2 options for waffles, large and small. Our bed was very comfortable, towels pretty good. There was a LOT of white "dust" in the corners of the bathroom (from the toilet paper?) which made me wonder how clean the floors were in general.

Free parking, comfortable bed, spacious room , proximity of ice machine and elevator; amenities, paper goods at breakfast vs plastic; some healthy choices, 5 min from waterfront.

No dim light, or nite light in bathroom, USBs at bedside did not work

The hotel room was applicable, clean, and the KS bed was comfortable. The breakfast service was great and the dining room area was very clean and neat. The server who prepared everything was very nice and cordial. The breakfast was well organized and prepared. Everything on the menu was good. I did hope they had bacon on the menu but the sausage was very good. The breakfast as a whole was a definite welcoming factor in the morning that put a good start to our day.

The danish was a little stale and some fruit was starting to rot. Was expecting more of a variety in the sweets arena. Need to invest in some pillows for the bed. The ones on the KS bed were entirely too small and too soft. (They felt like a sheet was folded to make a pillow). The hotel did not have any art work on the walls. If there was any it was not noticable.

I had a room with a spa tub, it was all very neat and clean, Rebecca M. did a great job cleaning the room and getting it ready for use. The bed was comfortable and big! The pool was clean and seemed well maintained.

The TV is pretty small, they definitely need to get bigger ones for rooms! Couldn't figure out how to use the TV guide with the remote either, but oh well. Definitely need a bigger TV. The plastic stick to pull the curtains open was held on by a bread tie and it broke when I tried to open the curtains.

We didn't get to check in at 3pm, the room wasn't ready.We drove 8 hrs to get to the hotel and had to wait until 430pm to get our room. We expected the room to be ready when we arrived, we booked it about 2-3 weeks prior to us coming. We were very disappointed with the check-in.

We were beginning our traveling and this was the first night of an extended trip, we needed a comfortable place sand it met all of our expectations. The room temperature was perfect (it had been an extremely hot day at the Palmico sound), the beds were comfortable, the room was clean, the staff were polite and professional.

The breakfast was excellent! I was impressed with the menu that was provided. The breakfast area was great for eating my breakfast.

I have no complaints about breakfast.
