The staff and decor.
I didn't like that it had a shower but no tub. I booked a room with a tub but ended up with a room with just a shower. I was greatly disappointed in that. I am a woman that enjoys my baths.

The comfortable room. Just wish it would have been a tad bit quieter we were on 2nd floor and we had a family with small children on the 3rd floor they were jumping and running up and down on the floor woke us up very very early 2 mornings in a row...
When having a family of kids place them better so maybe they are above one another so they can wake up early like they their kids do ...

Breakfast was great! Everything was fresh & facility was clean. Rooms were clean and very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. I'll be back!
As I was getting in bed, the fire alarm went off and boy was it loud & frightening! The fire department was dispatched and it was a false alarm - Thank GOD! It was a bit of confusion but the staff gave the all clear for us to return to our room.

The breakfast bar was basically empty by 9:15 and was to be available until 10am Several people were there for breakfast and the lady working the breakfast was unconcerned.

They were very friendly. Even had coffee for us when we pulled in at night.Breakfast in the morning.
We paid 205.thru this booking app.and I could of paid 139.per night thru them direct big difference. No savings at all.The stay was great booking.com not so much.

Being from close by, I was concerned about the cleanliness, but everything was clean and well maintained. Beds were firm, but not too firm.
It's in an odd location, facing the woods beside Lowes in Lincolnton. Parking lot is a little tight for larger vehicles. Rooms could use brighter lighting.

you have to go to the front desk to ask for hair conditioner. they give you location, shampoo and hand soap in the rooms. I asked the maid for conditioner and was told they don’t put it in the rooms.
