The bed although I don't know what it feels to sleep on a cloud but I believe it's the closest I ever vame
It could have been at least 20 cheaper but other than the price it was great. I have a really hard sleeping in a bed that isn't mine. Not this time. Also they have a great indoor pool. With a nice continual breakfast

Everyone was very nice!rooms were nice and the location was great for our needs
The price! I booked though a third party and price was fair we had to stay two extra nights due to my brother’s condition in hospital had not went as what we hoped for so staff knowing we were at their mercy charged us 109.00 for last two nights ! I understand they have rules but a little kindness goes a long way they could have let us have last two nights at our original price!

The rooms are so beautiful and spacious. If I lived in the city I would definitely rent an apartment here.
There’s nothing to not like just a suggestion. Tell people that the first building is hotel only and second building is apartments. I was lost trying to find my room. I thought the buildings were connected.

The staff was super friendly, which is the most important thing for me. The manager, Amy, went above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay. She is the best!
The location... I needed a hotel in Lincolnton because of my son's camp, but there was close to nothing to do there. You have to have a car. There are no Uber/Lyft's and there are no pedestrian walkways, you have to be careful walking places.
