Hampton Inn Charlotte-Gastonia

All the staff was very friendly, front desk Linrie was wonderful and helpful when my card wouldn't work. Everything was clean, toiletries were readily available, and if you needed anything else, the front desk was always helpful. Breakfast every morning was delicious 😋 and coffee was availing 24/7. The location is quiet, with many locations to eat nearby and the stores not being that far away either

I Was a bit skeptical about the reviews, however was so happy that we made the right choice to stay here. Called from the road to confirm our room since booking.com listed check-in had to be by 11pm. Louise at front desk answered the phone and was so nice and ensured us that our room would be available whatever time we arrived. Check in at 1 am after a 10hour ride was super quick. Staff had great customer service. Room was exceptionally clean and beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was super clean. Interior of hotel was kept very neat and tidy. Pool was fabulous. Breakfast was good with several options.Overall excellent and we definitely will be back.

Only 1 of the elevators were working. But it really didnt effect us or our stay

Breakfast was great. All that u needed. Was fully stocked and fresh. Pool was clean. Property was always neat and clean. Convenient to restaurants and shopping and access to interstate. Staff and mgt were absolutely awesome. Polite and helpful. Made u feel at home.

I really can’t think of anything

Our flight from Charlotte was cancelled and my family needed a place to sleep before our next flight so we booked same day through Booking. Hotel was very nice and clean and the staff was lovely (from midnight to 5 am!). We only stayed a few hours but we were impressed and would stay again.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I was so impressed with the staff, cleanliness, hospitality & convenient location I had to take the time to comment. From the first phone call to reserve the room until we checked out it was obvious that the management & staff took real pride in this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean which is a rarity. The breakfast & lobby was meticulously cleaned after each customer. All in all an excellently run establishment with happy staff who took pride in their work & serving their customers.

Nice room friendly staff

Asked for pillows. Told front desk I'd pick them up after going out to dinner. Came back and someone entered room to put pillows in room with all my stuff in the room.

The room was very nice and clean! Love the location too. All the snacks and drinks, etc in the lobby are great as well!

noise from the folks in the rim next to me and they were with people directly across the call. they were up most of the night.

I liked how great the staff was, the pool, the gym, and even the breakfast. I also liked how friendly everyone was and how neat the rooms were.

I didn’t like how parking filled up quick at night.
