The towels were yellow and you could see out the door from the side and top, the ice machine wasn’t working, and the bed needs a new mattress you could feel the springs coming up in it.

The only thing that there was to like was how inexpensive it was.
The gentleman that worked there was rude. I’m not sure if he was the owner or what, but when we first arrived to check in, he didn’t greet with a smile or a hello. We got a “what do you need?” Well, great start. We get into our hotel and it’s HOT not only outside but also inside. Turned the AC on to realize it didn’t even blow out cold air, there was nothing they could do. We went and paid $60 for 2 fans just to keep us somewhat cool. Woke up the next morning to realize that the “free breakfast” that was supposed to be included wasn’t even a thing. Our festival was canceled 2 days early so when we spoke to the gentleman about getting a refund for the last 2 nights we wouldn’t be staying there, he said there was nothing he could do and booking.com only suggested we talk to the hotel. So no resolution. This was probably the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had.

The location is close to the music venue.
The motel probably wouldn't pass a health or building inspection. The toilet was about to fall through the floor. The shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. The build up of dust on the base boards was approximately 1/8" thick. The door had been kicked in several times, by the looks and function of the door jam. I checked out a day early, due to the concert being cancelled. I asked the day before if I could get a refund for the one day. The operators told me no, they don't issue refunds. I needed to contact who ever I booked the room through to see if I could get a refund, but doubt I would get anything. I check out a day early anyway, and asked for a receipt that verified I checked out at a specific date and time. They said they don't provide that and "that's just how it works." Overall the motel needs to be condemned. The operators were not friendly or accommodating. I will never stay at this motel ever again.
