The STAFF!!! This was by far the friendliest and most pleasantly outgoing staff of any hotel I have ever stayed at. They made me feel genuinely welcome. They were a huge help getting a reservation issue that Booking.com refused to handle taken care of for me before my trip there and treated me like they already knew me once I did arrive. The hotel itself is nice, nothing outstanding nor anything negative, but the staff was so great that I have already made my reservations there for next year's festival dates.
The bathroom sink had a problem with whistling pipes that, until the last night there, we were able to adjust finely enough to avoid. Before leaving our final day I had a front desk staff member come up and listen to it. She seemed horrified and had the maintenance man headed to our room to fix it before we could even get out of the lobby. That was impressive.

Everything!!!!! It was the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms were very roomy and comfortable and the staff was absolutely AMAZING!!!!!! Breakfast was much better than any other hotel I’ve stayed in. the location was great!!! When we come back again that’s where I will stay from now on. The hotel manager was great!!! The whole experience was AMAZING

The jacuzzi was main reason for staying there and was amazing but had 1 broken jet on 1 side but able to fit 2 people semi comfortable. Pool was perfect depth.
Ants were on the bed and on dresser with TV. Ac button was broken but found a way to turn it off later. Room was like ice walking in.

Our first room had a toilet that was not functioning, but it was no problem. KellyJ called maintenance, who appeared immediately, and the two of them kindly and professionally moved us down the hall to another room. Wonderful service!

The beds was so comfortable nothin was biting me or my partner lol the lady at the front desk was so sweet an kind I didn't catch her name but she was an average height black lady with hair hanging down she even let me go back to my room after I checked out to get my house keys. I enjoyed the stay there an I will most definitely be returning!!
There was nothing I didn't like besides going out in the cold to smoke lol
