The cleanliness. Value. The fridge and microwave was great! And the fridge was super cold. Kudos!
Only 1 wash cloth in our room. Also no hand towels. KEY CARD SHOULD NOT EXPIRE BEFORE CHECK OUT TIME. Very irritating when trying to load our car in the morning at 930am and you can no longer use the card and must knock to get in. If the room is paid for until 11am, then the card should remain active until 11am!

Air conditioner was a little loud and didn't seem to remove the humidity from the room. It is North Carolina though, not Nevada.

The rooms were clean. They offer free breakfast, which is a continental breakfast. The beds were clean and ok confort wise.
The price was high for the value of the room. The pillows are not pillows, more like pillow sachs filled with rags. The a/c in our room had broken buttons to where we couldn't adjust it.

Had to go to the front desk for a tv remote replacement, Tina was very helpful and finally getting one from another room, she found one that worked.
