I reserve two rooms the room upstairs 236 did not have hot water. Both mornings went out at 8:00 to get breakfast and THERE WAS HARDLY NONE.. AND THE WORKER WAS NOT HELPFUL IN CAN I GET U ANYTHING . THERE WAS NO BREAKFAST 2ND MORNING. NONE NONE NONE . AND WE HAD KIDS . WAT TIME DOES BREAKFAST START? Our second night had to complain about our upstairs people was way too loud.. MEN WORKERS OUT OF TOWNERS JUST LIKE US NO RESPECT. I'VE STAYED HERE A LOT UNDER MY NAME BROTHER IN LAW N SISTER NAME. THE TIMES IN THE PAST. HAS BEEN GREAT I WILL THINK ABOUT MY NEXT RESERVATIONS. HERE.... PROBABLY NOT MY EXPECTATIONS I'M JUST PRETTY UPSET ABOUT THE WATER DEAL AND THE BREAKFAST.

There was some nasty reviews but we had a great time the staff was amazing super accommodating we arrived way to early and we had kids with us we played at the beach all day to pass the time but the kids got so tired one phone call and the front desk was able to get us checked in a hr early and never once were they rude about anything there were zero bugs that we seen (a bad review swore they were covered) beds were big and super comfy shower was amazing to for the price this hotel was beyond perfect the pool was just deep enough for the kids to have a blast.

The only complaints I can say are the hotel door didn’t seem to close right but it locked just fine and you couldn’t open it from the outside or anything just made me feel a bit nervous I know I could have said something to the guy at the front desk and I’m sure he would have done something but we were just fine it wasn’t a big deal at all

The bed was huge and very comfortable and clean. The facility and our floor was very quiet and we even had our dog with us and others near us also did. The refrigerator was dirty inside and could have been cleaned. My husband went for the breakfast and was satisfied. The hotel is in a great location to Holden Beach. Parking right outside with our own side entrance. Perfect for what we needed for our two night stay. Staff was very friendly. Price is good, also.

While we were late arrivals, 2 light bulbs were not populated in the room lamps out of 5 total. The TV was a challenge and never really figured it out (no directions on how to recover it if we had a problem. The bed had some wear to it as we both wanted t slide / sink into the middle of it. The a/c was great. Clean. Bathroom was super clean. You only had dark roast coffee available for the keurig.

The towel hanger was broken in the room when we arrived also there was some used socks in the room I felt like if cleaned well those would've been found so wasn't sure how well it was previously cleaned.. toilet seemed old tops stained... And wall had spots on it...

Waffle machine is a personal favorite of mine. Room was large with all new linens. Bed had wire box springs but was very comfortable. It appeared that up dates are being made (new shower, sink counter top, AC/ heating unit) as budget allows.

Tough to control…..other guests were noisy. Long conversations in hallway, kids running in hallway after dark.

It was a nice place. Very convenient.

The first room I was given had not been cleaned. It looked like someone was still staying there. The bed was unmade and the TV was on. The second room I got was ok but the fridge not the microwave worked. The microwave was unplugged because it made a clicking noise. I did report it to the staff who were all very friendly.

Front desk people were friendly as were the ones working on the building. Loved it was pet friendly, but did not hear noise from others pets. Clean and the price was good.

Gap in door needs to be fixed. Cold water in sink was turned off because of a leak, needs to be fixed but was not a huge issue.

Breakfast was disappointing. It was cereal bars and a few burritos. Coffee was great!

TV has so many channels, but all infomercials and sports and music. We did get 1 channel with Gunsmoke reruns and one Antique Roadshow. Late at night we got 1 channel with Hawaii 5-0. That was it.

Close to beach

No housekeeping, noone wore a mask so why couldn't you clean my room? Am a diabetic so why not some fresh fruit and sugar free options. If you don't offer housekeepers then you should give a discount. I shouldn't have to make my own bed etc. for full price. You are just trying to take advantage of customers but we will remember.... Need more outlets or power strips, shouldn't have to unplug coffee maker to plug in microwave...
