Location.

Everyone had a dog. I will not stay here again.

The room was nicely decorated and very well appointed, and the views were great. The location is also great, right in the middle of the downtown riverfront. The bed was excellent, it's one of the first times I've ever stayed in a hotel and my back didn't hurt because of the difference in the hotel mattress and my mattress at home. All around a great experience!

The room was a little pricey, and the staff at the rooftop restaurant could have been friendlier. Although the rooms are a little expensive, given the location and the prices of surrounding establishments, they aren't unreasonable.

The facility is beautiful and clean. The bed was comfortable with nice linens and pillows. Staff was so nice. The view from the roof top bar is amazing at sunset.

There is no free parking at the hotel. Valet parking was $21 and the parking garage was $13 for 24 hours. The shower was very narrow and the bathtub was very short.

The location was great for the concert that they had. The lounge and outdoor areas were superb. The guest services and housekeeping were always so helpful. Our friends loft/room was so roomy u may consider it for the next stay.

The price was a bit steep but we got through it. There wasn’t anything else about the hotel that didn’t meet my expectations or that I didn’t like. This was our second time staying here so we will be back.

Everyone was so sweet! We traveled for my cousin's wedding, and this hotel was so accommodating to my family and me. Especially my limited mobility 87 y/o grandmother they upgraded us to a suite because they had no handicapped rooms available. Thank you to the lovely staff!

Room service was not as often as we would've liked we were told they come on the 3rd day. The front desk was more than able to provide towels and such.

Aloft was awesome and the staff super helpful and lovely! Room was great and the view from the roof bar was incredible at sunset! Everything we ate and drank was great!

The tiny balcony is terrifying but adorable. I both loved and hated it. Definitely not for people afraid of heights but I guess that's obvious!

I loved 1. How pet friendly it is! It’s by the river so a great spot to walk your dog! Also loved there is a restaurant there & the bar downstairs also served food. They allowed me to check out late

Parking. You have to pay for parking either self parking or valet per night. Now Valet is 24 hours

Location and view

Shower flooded half of the room and damaged most of my luggage. Went to call front desk for help and phone did not work in room. Also asked front desk for a little time to check out since I was busy cleaning up the mess and was told sorry but no.

I loved the hip vibe of the hotel combined with the historic industrial feel. I never had to get back in my car. Great location to explore downtown on foot during the day and take in sunset views of the Cape Fear River from the rooftop deck bar on site. (They’re drinks are amazing) Highly recommend from a Wilmington native!

dogs barking in other rooms to the point you were woken up or have to leave the property for quiet. also they we catering an event and dropped the glasses from a tray spilling champagne all over us and glass breakage. no apology.
