Sleep Inn

All but one of the staff members were excellent. The white women with dark hair and glasses who was supervising for breakfast on the Monday after Easter just sat at one of the tables when I came down 2 different times. First, at 7 am, when I got a yogurt and an apple juice so I could take my morning medicine. Then when I came to have breakfast with my husband. She was still sitting at the table looking bored and not having enough sleep. On our way back to our room my husband said he didn't get coffee because there wasn't any regular. So I went back around 9:45 to see if there was any made but there was only decaffeinated. I ask the women if she had any caffeinated coffee and said only decaffeinated left. I was under the impression coffee was available all day long. I didn't follow up because we were leaving shortly to head back home. Otherwise the 3 different women from the service desk, Sunday's breakfast help, and the cleaning women were all very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and nicely furnished but we would have liked one more chair in the room. The breakfast had multiple choices and the waffles were very light and fluffy. If it wasn't for the one women it would have been given 5 stars.

Staff was exceptionally accommodating to my request. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower leaked all over the bathroom floor and the shower head was terrible. Those need to be looked at and corrected. The bathroom fan did not do what it is intended to do. Price was higher than I expected but all in the area for the weekend were around the same. Trying to get onto the highway was a bit difficult at times. Breakfast was OK. Typical hotel breakfast items. We do prefer hot eggs, sausage, etc when we stay at hotels. The microwave breakfast sandwiches do not compare - actually had to throw them out. Only had a bagel the 2nd day. The associate at the breakfast set up was very sweet and tried to take care of everyone's needs.

The room was perfect for two people and not badly priced at all. The shower was spot on at the end of a busy day. Good water pressure and spacious. The coffee was delicious and the staff was helpful when needed.

The faucet to the sink was too small so you could not wash your hands very well. We stayed on the pool side so it was fairly loud until about 10pm. We also had some loud guests beside us (not the hotels fault). Over all though, we had a pleasant stay.

Clean comfortable room, quiet, and I felt safe at all times. As a female traveling alone for business, that was of great importance to me. There were families with children there, but I only heard occasional noise from the pool, not unexpected and not enough to be a bother.

Wasn't able to use the computer, very slow. This was the only negative to my stay, and I was able to borrow a computer to take care of my needs.

I live in Wilmington and I am moving into a house that wasn't ready and I already gave my condo up. So I needed a few nights to relax. My first night checking in was pushed to 5pm by me because I was having moving van trouble. I finally arrived at 10pm and the front desk staff was very nice about it. The front desk persons name is Sarah. Sleep Inn didn't take my Chime card. I just closed up my bank account card. So I had to get my relative to pay with her card for me. Sarah was extremely helpful and very nice. I offered her a tip and she said they are not allowed to receive tips and I was very disappointed in that. But I love it there the breakfast is amazing. Hotel is clean. Has a very good vibe.

I liked everything about the hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, my room was clean, modern, with excellent showers. The breakfast buffet was organized, stocked, and bright with pleasant staff. I drove to the hotel in my RV and was pleasantly surprised to find out there was appropriate parking for it.

We came home at the end of the first day to find our bed still unmade with the hospital following an outdated COVID policy. We were not informed on the way in that this is how it would be and it was my only disappointing experience with the sleep inn.

I loved my stay over the weekend. But my girl Michelle who works the breakfast had it so clean and stocked up. She was amazing and very helpful. She made sure everyone had enough to eat and even cleaned up after some rude guest that didnt clean they trash off. Me and my husband will sure be back again. We both enjoyed our stay with your guys.

I didnt like that it was bugs in our room. But no hotel is perfect. For the price I paid I could deal with 2 bugs.

The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower was wonderful. The breakfast was outstanding. Not only were there fresh waffles, muffins, cereal, eggs, sausage rolls, coffee, orange and apple juice, but there were many options for those who eat gluten-free such as oatmeal, yogurt, bananas, oranges, apples, Cheerios.

There was nothing that I didn't like.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful; room was clean; breakfast was good.

A) The bathroom sink faucet was set to close to the to the side of the sink well, making it difficult to put mine or my adult son’s hands under the faucet. B) The bathroom floor had a couple of damaged tiles that needed replacement. At first we thought they were stained and called the front desk to have the stains removed; turned out, they were brown-colored holes in the tiles.

Looks just like the pictures. All amenities were accessible as well. Convenient location to attractions.

Although the room was clean hair was all over the shower and toilet. Air conditioning was not adjustable by guest so room was always freezing cold. Breakfast was very limited only one meat option which were the old school mini microwave sausage biscuits. Also the toasters were not in service.
