The location was great, on the main street so good for wandering. The room was lovely with wall to ceiling windows that overlook the city. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice lobby bar. The restaurant menu looked good and vegetarian friendly. Although not in the hotel, we had a wonderful meal at 701 which was within walking distance.

Easy to check in - curb parking in front during registration, available carts for bringing our luggage up to the room, (no bell captains, etc.) and free parking in structure shared with office building in back. Great restaurant downstairs and other eating options within one block - easy to walk to in spring/summer/fall! Comfortable beds and good water pressure in shower ;)

That room was very clean. The beds very comfortable. Everyone was extremely helpful and very friendly. We had breakfast in the morning and it was more than what we expected in the hotel. Will definitely stay here again if passing through the area.
There wasn’t anything I did not like. I would suggest an extra towel or two. Would have been nice to have a fan in the bathroom but not a big deal.

The accommodations, the wonderful staff and the amazing restaurant are all in one place. Who knew that was even possible ? The sauna and exercise room were so clean and peaceful. Great get away from home. So many people care about making your stay great. It feels like a family atmosphere . People actually ask how you are doing and are really , and I mean REALLY nice. What more could you ask for?

Wonderful spot! By far the best in town. Artful and cozy. Delicious food and drink on site & close to all in downtown. Enjoyed happy hour, dinner and breakfast/coffee. All meals and staff were delightful!

Saturday morning coffee service was unacceptable for us. Did not get acknowledged at counter by the busy coffee server or the EXTRA lady working the counter. Waited 25 minutes for a coffee to go.

The location is in the center of beautiful downtown Fargo and within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. The rooms were bright, clean, and updated. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was tasty.
Parking isn't free but it is inexpensive.

Street noise!! You would not think that would be a problem 14 floors up but it did keep us awake until 2-3:00 in the morning.

We loved to floor to ceiling windows. We were given a corner room and caught the sunset. So beautiful! The bed and bedding were so comfortable. Great coffee. Very nice and helpful staff.
