Extended Stay America Suites - Cincinnati - Blue Ash - Reagan Hwy

Convenient location to our work office in Cincinnati. Very comfortable and affordable and will definitely recommend to others that may need an affordable place to stay if visiting Cincinnati for work or vacation. Especially if it's an extended stay, as there is a kitchen area to utilize if need be.

As I only drove in from Columbus to stay overnight, for an early business meeting the next morning, I did not really need to utilize the kitchen area in the room but wanted a soda and maybe something to snack on, so was a little disappointed that the vending machines did not have the capability for a debit/credit card to be used. This would be my only main suggestion regarding an update to the vending machines, as the majority of folks (like me) do not carry cash very often.

Staff is great. Location is great. Quiet. Safe. No sketchy guests or situations. The manager is amazing. When I extend my stay, she takes care of it 1st thing when she comes in so all I have to do is go sign and pick up my new keys. They don't bother me about anything. I do my own cleaning so I just ask for the broom or vacuum and new linens or towels when I need them. I purposely picked this location due to its proximity to the stores and restaurants, as well as, being right on the bus line so I can get anywhere I need to go. It also has easy access back to the interstate. The rates are great compared to similar types of hotels but without all the extra issues that typically come with the cheaper hotels. I would definitely recommend this particular ESA location to anyone. I love it here.

My only complaints are the bed linens being so thin and the breakfast option is still discontinued. Most all other hotels have at least implemented a bagged breakfast option but this ESA location is not doing that at this time.

Staff were simply the best! Beds were comfortable, and there is a Mexican restaurant located in front of the hotel.

We had 3 rooms to fit our entire family but they were not close to each other. 2 were on the first floor but on opposite ends and the 3rd was on the 3rd. We would have rather have stayed closely together. When we asked for an extra blanket for each room due to the amount of people were told we could have any extras.

I love the manager, Nicole. The location is perfect for someone without transportation. It is within walking distance to the bus line, Kroger, Target, Shell gas station, Dunkin, Starbucks, and multiple restaurants/fast food places. There is also a park about 5 min walk away and it's a very safe/clean area to stay. It's only a 15 min drive to downtown Cincinnati and a 5 min drive to I-71 & I-75.

I wish the pool was still open and that they still had breakfast available.
