Comfortable beds. Clean rooms, warm indoor pool, friendly staff

On the search engines they stated there was a buffet style breakfast and they only have a very limited items: coffe & ice tea, milk & water, hot & cold cereal & make your waffle machine but no pastries, neither breakfast juices. I don't drink coffe nether milk so, no juices were a very disappointed for me. Having 3 diabetics in our group not have proteins it was a biggie too (no eggs, sausages/bacon) It would be ok if we knew in advance it was going to be a continental breakfast in advance. We would be ready with supplements.

We loved Leslie and her sweet attitude. She saw my special request and unexpectedly helped us out! I didn’t think much when I made the request and she fulfilled it with a smile! The pool was beautiful, clean and so awesome! The room was VERY spacious and clean. There was NO bed bugs or roaches and that in itself is amazing! The room was quiet and just what we needed.

Although the hotel did exactly what we needed it to do, it did need a little updating. But you what what?! People complain about everything and I think this place is great!!

APPLES INFESTED WITH FRUIT FLIES, MADE BREAKFAST VERY UNAPPEALING. REAR DOOR DID NOT WORK WITH ACCESS CARD. THIS WAS VERY FRUSTRATING, AS THE REAR DOOR IS CLOSER TO TBE ELEVATORS.

The staff was polite and courteous. My room didn't come with a refrigerator or microwave so I had to do cooking in lobby microwave. They were great with making sure I had plates and silverware on request. They also helped me out getting a cheaper rate my last two nights of a seven day stay.

Room was a bit warm, AC wasn't as powerful as it needed to be for the temps we were seeing that week, which exceeded 100.

Staff was very helpful. They put a refrigerator and microwave in my room, to make my stay more cost-effective.

Access card did not work with rear door. Apples at breakfast were infested with fruit flies. I stayed away from breakfast after that.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The overall hotel is beautiful, but definitely outdated and past it’s prime. I can see how at one time it may have been a beautiful place to stay full of various amenities. Overall however, it was very clean, spacious, and a great value.

There aren’t any microwaves or refrigerators in the room which is kind of a letdown. Without having many close by options for food (Really just Bob Evans), anything you get will have to be to go, so expect to eat it that night or waste it. Also, the “continental breakfast” could use some love.

I really can't say anything negative about our stay. Maybe change up the breakfast options each day. But the cleanliness exceeded our expectations and the staff were very friendly especially the woman working the desk in the a.m.

We paid more than the listed rates on the hotel website when we looked at them while we were here (Booking.com). We paid $88.40 per Night + Taxes of about $16.00 and the online rates we decided check during our stay were at $69. Before you book with another app. go thru the Hotel app. first.

Breakfast and staff were very reliable each day. Location super. Very quiet, comfortable and slept great. They were very accommodating to requests and staff worked hard, kept good attitude even when busy.

The sheets were so soft and the bed and pillows were very comfortable! We got a great nights sleep! The woman at the front desk when we checked in was so sweet and even gave us a better room.

The lobby was a little outdated, but nothing we couldn't look past.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate after a mishap with my original room.

There is no place to go throughout the hotel. Everything was locked up. It’s time for this chain to start back cleaning rooms daily.
