MainStay Suites Cincinnati Blue Ash

Clean, clean, clean! Large, open room, great bathroom with good counter space, little kitchenette was great. We made breakfast in the morning, slept well, easy to check in, and close to a lot of things! Easy to get places and we were there over a holiday. The sounds were muffled well also: there were fireworks going off at the park a little over a mile from us and you could barely hear them through the window but the view was great!

The breakfast was bad: bottled water, small muffin and a sugar laden, bio-engineered cereal bar. Yuck! A little skimpy on the supplies in the kitchen but we made do.

The staff were wonderful and helpful. We liked having the kitchenette. The hotel was very reasonably priced for the area and very close to where we needed to be. The bed was also very comfortable.

The person or people who stayed in the room before us smoked, and the scent was still in the air conditioner. We used an odor eliminating spray, but whenever the air conditioner came on, we could smell it. I don't blame the hotel since this is a non-smoking hotel, but it was pretty annoying. We told the staff about the smell coming from the air conditioner when we were leaving, and they said they would get maintenance to check it out. In future, I will make sure to request that the room not have any smoker smells.

The room was spacious and very clean, bed was comfortable, and an additional plus was a full-size refrigerator plus a small area to prepare and cook food. Almost like a studio room at a resort condo. The hotel itself was attractive, modern and very neat, located in a very quiet area of town but with easy access to two interstate highways.

This is another of the hotels that still appears to be milking COVID-19 to avoid serving a hot breakfast, or in fact any breakfast other than a brown bag. The "grab and get out of here" breakfast consisted of a small muffin, two granola bars and a bottle of water. I've stayed in a number of other hotels that have returned to serving their usual breakfast. This seems like a way to save money at the expense of customer service rather than a safety measure. Even if they didn't want to do a hot breakfast they could have had a wider selection of packaged items in the breakfast room instead of 3 in a bag on the front desk. I would have rated the hotel a 10 instead of 8 if I hadn't been short-changed on breakfast.

Clean, friendly staff

Room was supposed to have a sofa bed which It did not! Also, they charge you per night for your dog, even though they have a sign by checkin and it’s listed on their website to start charging on night two. Beds are terribly uncomfortable. And the thermostat doesn’t appear to be correct on the temperature in the room.

The staff was friendly and remembered us from our visit a month ago. It's in a quiet, easy to get to location with good food options nearby.

This was my second stay at this location, this bed was a little noisy when moving around, and the light-blocking curtains needed to be replaced, but otherwise met our needs.

MainStay Suites Cincinnati Blue Ash met our expectations. Our room was clean, comfortable, spacious enough, and quiet. The wifi worked well, although it was a nuisance to have to login frequently. Best of all, the price was reasonable.

Went for 50 yr reunion- turned out to be great location close to everything with nice walking close by. I really liked having kitchen and definitely made use of it.. The space worked well for me and family member who came last day. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Can't think of anything that I didn't like.

I LIKE THE LOCATION AND THE FACILITY. ITS PLENTY OF STORES AROUND, REASON PRICES. FEEL S SAFE AND COZY.

NO POOL OR HOT TUBD. COULD START TO UPDATE A LITTLE BUT THEN THAT WOULD RAISE THE PRICES. MAYBE HOUSE KEEPING COULD BE EVERYDAY.

Room was very clean. Bathroom had good lighting and plenty of space. It was quiet. Liked the small kitchen area. Parking was great.

Had a problem with booking. I thought I booked a Queen with fold out sofa but room had only single bed so my son had to sleep on the floor. Breakfast and coffee were not great. Bed not really comfortable.

Clean, great location, good parking, easy to get in and out, reasonable rates.

The breakfast was a paper bag with a muffin, a clementine, a water, and a granola bar. I'd say skip giving out this breakfast and save the customer a few dollars on the room instead.
