Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Chillicothe

Upon arrival, we were greeted by beefy friendly front desk attendants. They saw we were traveling with children and made sure to ask if we needed a travel crib and told us the pool and fitness center hours. We came down in the evening to swim and the front desk attendants gave us a complimentary travel kit of infant soaps and creams. They then asked if we needed any milk for our toddler for bedtime and went above and beyond to get us a few cartoons of milk and some cereal for a snack. None of this was asked for and was simply out of kindness from the staff! The rooms were very nice and comfortable and we really enjoyed the oversized shower. The included breakfast was also very good. The breakfast are clean and well stocked with plenty of variety. We will definitely be staying here again!

Conveniently located off the highway with lots of food/gas options, friendly staff, well maintained. They’re actively renovating floor by floor (halfway done as of January 2023), and we got one of the new rooms.

There was a stray hair or two in the shower, but otherwise everything was great. They took the holiday off from renovation work, but I imagine there will probably be some construction noise for the next several weeks. Not pet-friendly.

The breakfast was well-stocked and clean. The variety was excellent. Seating was ample and kept clean. We checked in a bit early. The staff was very friendly and the place was spotlessly clean from top to bottom. Coming from someone who is a stickler for detail/cleanliness this is my highest compliment.

We stayed at this hotel twice within a week. Everything was very clean, the room was comfortable, the temperature was easy to control, and the breakfast was a cut above the normal hotel breakfast. The staff was very friendly. I have to mention again that we were very impressed with cleanliness. We have another trip planned in June and we plan to stay there again.

it was easy to find, clean and well kept inside and out. really liked the convenience of the shower in the pool area. the lady at the desk on Friday morning was exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Super clean, staff constantly wiping down surfaces. Super friendly staff, Breakfast god for the current situation however coffe needs some improving.

Current conditions with pandemic has forced cut in some service. price should be adjusted

We liked the comfort of the room, size of the bathroom/shower. Staff was friendly, greeted us when we entered.

The pool was closed for maintenance. Our room was not cleaned after our first night's stay.

I had a small problem when I first got to my room. I called the front desk and they fixed it immediately and seemed happy to do it! My room was clean, my bed was comfortable, and the location was great. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Quite location but close to highway. Extremely clean facilities and room. The shower pressure was great!
