MainStay Suites Logan Ohio-Hocking Hills

Staff exceeded my expectations. All of them were friendly & sincere in that they really wanted you to have a great stay. By staff, I mean everyone from the cleaning persons, breakfast attendants, and front desk. If you ever needed anything, it was never a problem. Breakfast was also great. It is located in a great spot to drive to all the areas in Hocking Hills.

The only thing is that I wish the bed was a bit softer, and pillows fluffier. However is was not a problem for my bad back, and we still slept well. All in all, the room was great!

My wife and I are pastors in our hometown,we don't get to relax very often This hotel was great The manager and the staff was so helpful and friendly.The breakfast was also good .The facility was very clean,and our room was great.We slept like babies and definitely rested and hated to leave.Thank you for taking good care of us We are so grateful .God Bless the ones that took time for us,we pray that God will keep you safe and those you love. The location was convenient to the area destinations we were visiting. We appreciated the larger room with kitchen facilities for our comfort. The hotel overlooked a large shopping center, so that detracted from the overall location. However, a large field in front of the hotel had lots of birds to look at.

The view of the large shopping center. Although the store was convenient, it didn't make for a very attractive view. Overall, the facilities and amenities were worth the not-so-great view.

Breakfast was wonderful and made it possible for me to get going faster to get out hiking sooner.

I thought the shower head was way too tall, and that some sort of a heater, and anoter towel rack would in the bathroom would have been nice. I also thought that forks in the kitchen would have been good. Finally, that elevator is way too slow, and I caught a whiff of natural gas constantly near the pool area that the staff dismissed.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, the public areas are very nice, the rooms are spacious and well appointed, and the breakfast was wonderful. Everything from the lobby to the stairwells was clean and kept up nicely. The hotel was quiet, and the location was perfect for us.

The only complaints I have is that the caulk in our shower was a little moldy, but the bathroom was very clean as a whole. Also, the pool area is quite small.

The room was very spacious & clean. Bed was very comfortable. Most of the time, when walking into a hotel, there is usually a smell in the hallway that is not pleasant. Here at Mainstay, it has one of the best clean smelling hallways. Thats how you can tell your in a clean environment.

The one thing that was disappointing was that there was no place that would deliver food. Kept saying that we were out of range to have certain food delivered.

It was what you find it almost every motel offering a breakfast. Good selection and hot.

Because of COVID, I understand it is very hard to find reliable workers who will actually earn their paychecks. Always clean towels available at the front desk, but would of been nice for clean bedding daily. But we’ve stayed at other locations around America that also didn’t have enough staff to change bedding daily. Or even have the staff to open and serve a nice warm breakfast.

The staff was amazing!! Especially Spencer, Diedra, and Cathy, they were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We loved being able to hang out in the evening by the fire. The room was clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast had so many choices and good.

There really isn't anything we didn't like. One of the best experiences we've had in a hotel.

Staff (Spencer specifically)- staff knowledge of area- bonfires- gym- breakfasts and the pool.

Our room has very high humidity to the point that things felt damp. We brought it to the hotels attention and asked for a dehumidifier. They brought one right up and we’re very concerned and offered to move us to another room.

The staff was super friendly and helped me with any questions that I had. The beds and linens we're very comfortable and very good quality. We loved the extras in the room. Microwave, sink area, glass plates and silverware and a much larger than usual refrigerator freezer. The bathrooms we're spotless.

The room VERY clean except they missed recently dusting the tops of the headboards and tv but really no big deal. That's how close it was to being perfect. Otherwise, VERY clean.
