The staff was awesome. The rooms were super clean and the beds are super comfy. Told the wife Im gonna miss the bed, which I got the best sleep in a long time. The breakfest was good with multiple options from meats, egggs to breads with drink stations. The seating area was unique and clean. The hotel is easy to get to and is located close to all major attractions. Perfect Location!!!! Would most definetly stay here again and will be soon. No major complaints, everything went very well.

Only complaint is the pool only holds a max of 3 small (3people) families, even 2 small families is pushing it, BUT it is heated and if you time it right you can enjoy before everyone decides its time to swim!!! If they would have made the pool larger, this would be a 100 star hotel. I would not consider this a reason not to stay here because it is a great clean, comfy hotel!

The staff that checked us in were great. There was a male staff member that was exceptional. Anything we needed they got for us, and any questions were answered. Very clean and good place to stay.

We stayed 4 days. We were not told at all that house keeping only comes in your room once every 4 days, which is absurd. We had to go and find someone for new towels, tissues, we ran out of toilet paper, and our garbages were way over flowing. I feel I shouldn't have to ask for my garbages to be taken out or to get toilet paper or towels.

We liked a lot of factors. There was ample parking. The colors were vibrant and hotel lobby is clean and offers coffee/water throughout the day. Breakfast is very nice and the staff was super friendly. The beds are pretty comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. There are also many restaurants right within walking distance of the hotel.

We had hoped to use the pool but it was extremely cloudy and therefore was not inviting at all. One of our rooms had a strange scent in it. Not sure if it was from a prior spill on the carpet because the room itself looked very clean.

the staff was friendly and very helpful. the cost was less than others in my group that chose to stay in a cabin without hot running water or a shower! AND it included breakfast.

no bed make up or fresh towels for a more than one night stay unless you stay…..7-8 nights. everyone that stays only one night gets a fresh fully supplied room those that stay multiple nights get a worse deal

The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The room was very nice and clean when we arrived.

There were some neighbors that were up around 2:00 a.m and were arguing, slamming doors. They were not being considerate of other guests at the property. I couldn’t sleep at all that one night. They didn’t stop their ruckus until 5:00 a.m. That was the only downside.

The only complaint I could have is the air-conditioning units for the room do not have a fan directional to blow the air away from you. It's literally pointed right at the bed. we end up using a towel to block part of it off so we're not freezing at night and still able to maintain air circulation throughout the room.

The front desk person always had a smile on her face and was so friendly. The entire place was very clean and felt safe. A few restaurants within walking distance makes it easy so you can have a cocktail without worrying about driving anywhere.

The bed was actually a little hard and uncomfortable. My husband and I both woke up with back pain.

The pillows were uncomfortable and the walls/door were very thin and you could hear the people easily next to you and in the hallway. When we were trying to sleep there was a lady yelling and swearing in the hallway really loud past 11pm

The breakfast was ok Scrambled eggs very good. Sugary yogurt not healthy. Whole wheat bread would be appreciated.

I would like more towel rails in bathroom. Couldn't hand all wet towels.

The staff was amazing! The facility had everything we needed and more. The on-site managers surprised our children with ice cream and while we waited in the lobby gave them coloring sheets. The staff here is top notch from the front desk to housekeeping! Keep up the great work! We will definitely be back.
