Hampton Inn & Suites - Cincinnati/Kenwood, OH

We loved that the hotel was so close to so many different places to eat and a mall. The breakfast was great and had so many choices. We loved how quiet the hotel was. The pool was the best part for the kids! The FBI field office was located behind the hotel. We were 15 minutes from the amazing Cincinnati Zoo and Jungle Jim’s!

We only stayed one night so there was not much that we did not like. I did see other people’s hair on my sheets.

The breakfast was very good. We ate there 12 days. Suggestion would be to vary the eggs and meat more…like a breakfast sandwich or boiled eggs….did not see a tip box for the staff who worked very hard.

Having an espresso machine would help to make hot…hot coffee available 24 hrs. Less work for the employees who continually brought coffee pots out in the lounge. Sometimes the coffee was warm.

Loved the location! Right across the street from the mall, and really nice food options. THE SPA SHOWER WAS AMAZING!! Water pressure was great; two thumbs up! Breakfast was better Friday than Saturday. REALLY impressed to see hashbrown patties on the bar. Definitely was not a fan of the egg whites being offered as the only egg option Saturday morning. However, Saturday the staff tending to the breakfast area was very alert and on point! She took our plates because she noticed we were done--very kind!

Breakfast options could have been better Saturday, but hey, a lot of hotels aren't serving hot breakfast these days. Beds were harder than your average hotel bed.

My heater was not functioning correctly at first. The assistant manager there came straight to my room and figured out the issue. It was set to AC for some reason, blowing ice cold air. Within 10 minutes, they had me squared away.

Nothing. It was clean, the staff was super nice, and the breakfast was amazing!! I have season tickets for the Cincinnati Bengals, and I have reserved a room there for every home game.

They charged my account for the room to my debit card. I had used my credit card to reserve the room. Evidently, they still had my debit information. I did not give them permission to charge that card. It used cash I needed for something else. I wont stay there any more. They don't get to decide which card I use, and I am very uncomfortable with them storing my information.

The saltwater pool was lovely, just the perfect temperature. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Staff were friendly and helpful. The Cheesecake Factory and a nice mall are across the street; perfect outing for a rainy day!

Pillows could be better quality. The spa shower itself is great but it basically floods the bathroom with every use as there is no tub or enclosure of any kind. This must be great for housekeeping but not so much for guests. I had to request extra towels twice just for drying the floor. The FBI is next door. The flag pole is watching.

The hotel looked pretty from the outside and was clean. It was decorated nicely inside. It was bright, pretty, and modern. The pool and exercise rooms were very clean and really nice!! The bed was comfy. The complimentary lotion was great. The hot breakfast was nice.

Our pillows were very uncomfortable! Our bathroom floor was sticky. The bathroom door was a cute barn-door style but did not lock. There was also a ketchup packet in clear view under the table between the beds that didn’t belong to us. They were out of bold coffee and the coffee they had was awful - sorry.

Breakfast was good many variety to choose from. Location was ok too. Will be back with my kids for just a little getaway. Just won’t be reserve with booking.com!

I honestly don’t have anything to complain about. My family and I don’t get out and do much so to compare with other stuff it’s just not an option for me.

The staff were great. The room was very big.

There was a mixup with my booking and there was only a king bed for 4 adults. There were no other rooms but the staff bent over backwards to help. The brought in a cot which was decently comfortable but the fold out couch was horribly uncomfortable. The staff did bring extra blankets and a mattress pad. They were very helpful even when they didn't have to be.

Breakfast wasn't great. Cold and hard. The waffles stuck to the waffle maker and the employee got it off. I told her clearly it needed sprayed and she said they weren't supposed to spray it because then it would need sprayed all the time. Huh? Lol. Would someone tell her to spray the flippin waffle maker?! It's ok really,👍
