Hampton Inn Heath

We used a free stay certificate from a previous accommadation that was awful. I used this certificate for one of my girls birthday to be able to swim. We had a great time. Everything was exactly as it should be, from the front desk@ checkin to breakfast, We couldnt have asked for better accommadations. We loved the long hours for pool availability.

There was nothing we didnt like.

The beds were super comfortable! I loved that there was a shower instead of a bathtub, and it was right by everything that we were going to see, and it was super close to places to eat.

The eggs at the breakfast didn't taste good and the sausage was super dry but everything else was good!

Hot breakfast was a plus always great to have eggs! Particularly loved that there were a lot of clean towels!

For some reason water wasn't readily available around breakfast area, which was a bit of an inconvenience and strange

The room was beautiful, very well put together, comfortable, CLEAN. The entire hotel that we saw was nice and clean. The housekeeping staff was friendly.

The breakfast was OK, just OK. The hotel wasn't exactly easy to spot in the dark upon arrival but we eventually did find it- the front street signage was quite small and blended in with the other signs of nearby businesses.

Staff was absolutely top notch, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Parking was a piece of cake.

Computers in business office were both down. In the room, the sliding bathroom door was not ideal for privacy, and on top of that the closing latch was missing/broken off. There was no trash can in the room aside from in the bathroom. And the water seemed very soft (i.e., hard to wash off soap).

Staff were great... super accommodating. I was upgraded to a suite, so the room was huge. Breakfast was one of the best relative to those I've had at other hotels.

The location is on a very very very busy major route. I like to go for a run and take my running gear. Getting across the road to do this is a nightmare.

Staff was friendly with great service anticipating our needs. Breakfast was great! Easy to get to and quick and easy check in. Thank you, you made traveling through easier for our family.

Bathroom door didn't close all the way and shower doors are backwards, sorry married to a carpenter we notice these things.

The manager was great. Our refrigerator wasn't working and she went to great lengths to resolve the problem. Only problem I have is that many websites said that the hotel has a hot tub, but it doesn't.

The staff did a great job navigating COVID restrictions and still providing a full breakfast. It is a great experience to eat real food under the current circumstances. The staff at the front desk was very helpful: polite, welcoming, and informative. We will stay here any time in our travels.

All the Hampton Inn we stayed at have a cheerful and refreshing decor and this one included. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the hot breakfast they served (to minimize contact) and the to-go bags at the front desk. Overall a great stay.
