Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good. The lady working during breakfast was busy preparing food but took the time to let me check an ingredient label for my food allergy child. I appreciated her taking those few extra seconds for me. Staff at desk were very friendly.

Only complaint was walls seem thin. Could hear room next to us with small kids.

Great location. Foods and services near. We were allowed to share on the pool area with the family until late night.

The door failed to open in the middle of the night, they had to call maintenance, was kind of uncomfortable because there was no contingency plan is the digital key loco fails.

I like the interior design of the hotel room that I've spent in, and I like how comfortable the bed is, I like the location because there's a lot of restaurants close by to choose from the hotel, and the people who worked there are quite friendly.

Only thing that I don't like, is the design of the glass shower wall, it's in the fixed positioned that it cover 70% of the shower area. and because of it, the water coming from the showerhead, it'll splash outside the shower area no matter how I adjust the showerhead, so I have to take the towel and place it outside the entrance of the shower area, to keep the floor from getting wet and cause slip hazard.

Beds were really comfortable. The hotel was quiet too. Convenient to shopping and just far enough away from the city.

Having to take out our own trash and having to strip the beds ourselves. I understand the issues of being short staffed, but I feel that was a bit extreme.

Our room was huge, the pool was great for our kids,and the staff was very pleasant.

Our room was not correct, but it really wasn't a big deal for our family. It was supposed to be a suite with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed, but instead it was 1 King bed and a sofa bed. We had noise problems very late at night and I had a baby trying to sleep.

location was great..I ate breakfast there our last day..but otherwise we wanted to try out all the restaurants that has been added since we moved out of state 9yrs ago we lived in the area before for thirteen yrs 1/2 mile down the road from your hotel.

The breakfast was amazing and the staff were super nice and helpful.

The pillows were very lumpy and uncomfortable. The trash cans didn’t have extra liners in the bottom like usual. The cans are very small so fill up quickly and I felt bad leaving a little bit of a mess for housekeeping.

Breakfast was good for being complimentary

Loud and beds were uncomfortable. Not really the hotels fault but children were running around above us at 6 am and someone was in the parking lot revving their Honda Civic with their exhaust cut off all night.

The location was great. They had a great free breakfast every morning. The facility was very clean and staff were more than accommodating. Pool was a great feature as well. Our room also had a sofa.

Breakfast was pretty bland. Limited options. Ran out of stuff. Better to stop at the Panera right next door.
