Pacer Inn & Suites Motel

The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful. My sole concern was that the bathroom fan was always on if the bathroom light was on. We tend to leave the bathroom light on as a nightlight while sleeping. The fan made that a non-starter. BUT the front desk came to the rescue and provided us with a nightlight that they were using in the office. The hotel breakfast was strictly a grab-and-go with pre-packaged foods. Nothing hot. But we had planned on going out for breakfast anyway.

The room was big and very clean. There was a Keurig coffe machine, a microwave, and a refrigerator, and all functioned as expected. I was in one of the rooms accessed from an internal hall. That was nice.

The room in the evening was kind of dark, but I didn't spend much time in my room, so this is really just me trying to dig for something to complain about.

The breakfast was a little unsatisfactory. My partner woke up about 7am went down to get coffee and it was empty. He said an employee was sitting at the desk playing on their phone. He ended up walking to McDonalds to get coffee. I went to get breakfast at 9:30 am and everything was put away.

The room was clean and comfortable but the people made the difference. Took it from a 7 to a 9 :) The front desk lady was amazing and 2 of the guests were very helpful. They made us feel very comfortable and welcome.

Breakfast options could be better. Window was left unlocked - good thing I checked. We dont know the area, so safety is important. However, the area was great :)

The location was great for us as we were heading north the next day. We weren’t in town for long but Delaware seemed to have everything you would need in a smaller city. Breakfast was just some packaged buns or muffins and a banana but it was adequate. We would stay at Pacer again if we ever get back to Columbus.

Nothing disappointed us to be honest.

Staff very helpful. I had to call to directions. Gentleman who answered phone was pleasant and patient. Bad GPS.

Room was clean and comfortable but clean cold and drafty. That is my only complaint: it was a windy night and I had to sleep in a hoodie. No major problem; I would stay here again. But maybe keep heat on in rooms during cold weather?

Super friendly staff, good breakfast and good speed internet. Nice location and discounts for some restaurants in town.

The deciding door between rooms is not the best, I could hear what people were saying on the other room like they were in my sometimes. The bathroom was a bit tight.

The staff was very friendly. Location was great. Motel was quiet. Breakfast was a selection of grab and go type muffins, bars, fruit, and donuts. They also had juice, milk, and yogurt. Stayed with my two girls, and felt very safe. Room was clean, and had a tv, mini fridge, and microwave. Would definitely stay here again!

there was no knob to make the refrigerator colder. no dish cloths. walls a little too thin.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. I was traveling with my elderly mother and young grand children and they’ve been over backwards to make them feel comfortable. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
