Quality Inn Marysville

The large bath towels, breakfast options, having a microwave & mini frig in the room. Staff was polite and helpful (even though they were super busy!). Coffee and juice were available around the clock. Decent location as there was several places (stores, restaurants, fuel station) in walking distance.

There was animal hair on the bed skirt and top linen on the bed. Needs some updates and deep cleaning (shower stall floor). Flooring around the pool is a major accident waiting to happen! It was super slippery, even when walking slow and cautiously!! Multiple kids slipped and fell.

The beds were comfortable. Enjoyed the hot tub. Pool was cool and I could have swam in it but chose the hot tub instead. Was really impressed with the breakfast offerings. Hot waffles, an assortment of pastries, bacon egg and cheese and other breakfast sandwich choices were available and yogurt. I had a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. it was packaged frozen and it cooked real well in the microwave. My sister had waffles.

The hot tub water wasn't real clear, and could have been better. We thought it may be a salt water tub because the water looked a little cloudy. There was a musty smell in the hallways.

Breakfast- was nice to have hot things to eat in the morning instead of cold bagged things that I have received at other hotels. breakfast area was neat clean and stocked! My stay was very nice the staff was very helpful and friendly. the rooms were nice, clean and bath areas were updated. I wish I had time to take advantage of the pool and hot tub. Overall very good value. I will be a return guest when in the area.

Our room was comfy. Although not squeaky clean, after a few adjustments all was well. Nice that they have a pool. Aside from refusal of towels all of the staff were very nice. It is worth the money. Breakfast was quick but nice. Great location for what we needed. Wouldnt mind trying it again in the future.

We needed towels for the 4 of us to shower. We were told that the staff member would get into trouble if he gave us fresh towels. I never in my life heard such a thing. He was not rude about it but we never were given any towels on his shift. The room was clean enough but wasnt vacuumed from last occupants. Crumbs on bedside table and toilet wasnt real clean. Bought Clorox wipes and all was well. Pool area seemed clean until you got by the hot tub and the floor area was pretty dirty. Could tell no one has cleaned that area in a while.

Breakfast was excellent. Disappointed the hot tub is gone. Stayed here the last several years during Murifield Golf tournament and also golfed. We looked forward to using the hot tub. Will check to see if someone else in the area or even up north before we get to Marysville has a hot tub.

This place was great! The gentleman in the evening that checked us in, was so helpful and friendly. My wife needed to print out a couple pages for work, and he got us set up on their free computer right away. We went to the zoo the following morning, and found out their check out time was 12:00 (an hour later than other places). The front desk lady said they do not have a late check out, but if we were late coming back from the zoo, to call her. I gave her a call a few mins before noon and she said not to worry, we would be fine checking out a little late. We got out of there around 12:40, no issues. The place is pet friendly, and our little dog appreciated it. We were actually turned away from the Holiday Inn Express across the street. This place was less expensive and just as nice. Stay here instead. We had a mini fridge and microwave in our room. Bed was comfy, and everything worked. The area is quiet and hotel is clean. I really wish I could remember the names of the two employees we dealt with, because they deserve a compliment.

We got a frozen breakfast and Danish, but it wasn't a big deal. Was nice to have something to eat on the way out.

Indoor pool and hot tub were very nice. Breakfast was good, but not extravagant. Very convenient to the interstate and to shopping. Staff was very nice and helpful.

The floors in the rooms could’ve been a little cleaner, and they were kind of short staffed so our room did not get serviced every day. You had to request for your room to be cleaned and freshened.

The reception staff was really friendly and welcoming. The housekeeping staff was excellent specially Jeku, Apeksha and PM Patel. Their exceptional daily service made us feel like back home, couldn't have asked for anything more. Excellent 5 star service.

I liked everything, cannot fault.

Breakfast was frozen breakfast sandwhiches, the juice had a moldy taste, that was all they offered.

The comfortable bed and the air was extremely good and the staff were very friendly
