Staybridge Suites Miamisburg, an IHG Hotel

Almost everyone working at this hotel seemed genuinely happy to be doing so. That makes me feel good about staying there and that the management must be doing something right. The breakfast was great. They had signs up saying not everything was available due to supply issues, but I had no complaints. Happy hour snacks on some evenings was also a nice touch. And the fitness room was pretty decent. Also, a good place to get some work done with a comfortable desk and real office chair.

The pool area did not seem very clean. and the pool itself also looked kinda cloudy/dirty. I swam in it, but didn't feel like it was very sanitary.

The staff was all super friendly. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The room was so spacious and nice. Breakfast was really good. We got there on a Wednesday and were able to enjoy their happy hour, which was fantastic considering we had been traveling all day and were so hungry.

Breakfast was great but I do wish they offered plain egg option only because our baby didn’t care for the peppers in the eggs and it was a pain to pick out. Oh and we missed the turn on the ice machine in fridge memo so we didn’t have ice but no big deal! Nothing that would keep us from staying again!

We loved the room layout, the beds, kitchen, living room, bath. We arrived late, around 10 pm, and were tired and hungry. The staff at the front desk was awesome, directed us to a great pizza delivery at a reasonable price. We had a super night's rest and a delicious breakfast the next morning to send us off for another day on the road. Will definitely be returning !!

Everything was fantastic ! We loved everything about Staybridge.

The room was super clean. Very rarely, Can I go anywhere and stay and not have to put socks or slippers on my feet because the floors are usually filthy, but these were super clean and I was very comfortable walking around barefoot. I was very pleased with this hotel, and will definitely stay again if I’m ever in that area.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!! Love, love, LOVE this hotel! On a trip with about 50 high school students and chaperones for a regional marching band championship located in Miamisburg. They really rolled out the RED CARPET for us! Had put up a welcome sign for the kids and wished us good luck with our school colors. Had an easy room assignment system. Allowed us the use of their conference room for meetings with the kids. And, gave us the conference room each morning to allow for a hot breakfast for all the kids! This helped keep the line to the main breakfast down while also giving the kids an amazing meal. WE LOVE it. 100 out of 10 in my book!!!! Hope to stay here every year! Rooms are BIG and comfortable. And the location is perfect, a Kroger is just across the parking lot, in walking distance for anything you forgot!

The front desk staff was iffy. When asked about the 24/7 coffee; we were told “oh it’s Saturday. We don’t do it then. It was only there Friday cus the Friday staff did it.” Then later we asked if they had paper plates or napkins. They said “no.” But ummm they serve breakfast……. So those paper products come from the sky? We didn’t need a ton, only like 10. They acted like everything we asked was an inconvenience. The older gentleman that was there the Monday morning when we were leaving (I’m guessing the manager) was great!! Very nice & courteous. Ask, whenever someone would go to the front desk, it always seemed the girl disappeared. We’d have to wait. Not that she can’t use the bathroom or anything, but it was very often….

Everything and everyone was very courteous and professional. Great rooms and everything was excellent with one exception…the “hot breakfast”! Do yourselves a favor, don’t eat there. Go out for breakfast. 🤮

This hotel should give up promoting a hot breakfast. We were here 8 days and the hotel food was Horrible!! It just didn’t live up to the quality I expect from a hotel of this caliber.

One of the front desk staff deserves a huge pay increase. Tonya went beyond all expectations to help me extend my stay because my wife was hit by a car and admitted to a hospital in the Dayton area. I cannot thank her and Staybridge enough for their kindness.
