Extremely high priced convenience items, like $3 for a bottle of water and $5 for a coke; miscommunication from staff on how house cleaning works (on request); pet fee went from $75 to $125 after 4 nights but I doubt extra cleaning was done; breakfast was ok but could have been better

We have stayed at this hotel many times. It is so convenient, located just off the I-675 / Wilmington interchange, and surrounded by Costco, Kroger, gas stations, and many restaurants and shops. The rooms are spacious, clean, and full of amenities. Loved the availability of a washer and dryer.
Their system struggled to work with Booking.com. So there was confusion when several family members tried to check in. There were several dogs staying with their families on my floor. I love dogs, but some were left to bark incessantly in their rooms which was a bit frustrating. But don't let these things stop you. This is a nice hotel.

Pool was open! The room was comfortable and well-equipped. They had a printed out channel guide for the TV, which apparently is becoming a rarity but is a big help. And this is the only US hotel I’ve stayed in since the pandemic that actually had a lot of appealing breakfast options. That’s truly a rare find these days. Also if you’re tired of driving like I was, there are walkable food options.
Wall-mounted dispensers for shampoo and body wash in shower give an impression of cheapness.

The food was adequate. I would have liked a different hot choice but I loved the pint of milk. The room was a nice size. We really liked that.
No maid service at all during a 7 day stay. At home I change my sheets twice per week. That would have been nice. We had to call down for towels.

We stayed at the hotel for a family reunion. Each room had a nice kitchen area with a sink, microwave, and refrigerator. We took advantage of these amenities and the outside patio to meet and eat after our daily events. Would highly recommend it!

It’s located in a great central location. Very clean and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We love the outdoor seating with fireplace! This was a return visit. We stayed here last June.
