DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Dayton/Miamisburg

Location was great, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the floor I stayed on was quiet and check-in/checkout was quick and easy. The people managing the front desk were friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was reasonably priced ($12) and there was something for everyone plus free coffee and bottled water were available in the lobby 24/7. The best part of my stay was Sarah, her customer service was exceptional, she was kind and very accommodating. Sarah checked me in after I had been awake for 36hrs trying to make it to my dad before he passed. She was especially helpful when I requested a late checkout because my dad’s funeral wouldn’t end until well past the 11a checkout time, I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. Thank you for a very comfortable and peaceful stay! Not only would I stay here again but I would definitely recommend 10/10.

Plenty of parking and several strategically placed entrances around the building made it easy to get to my room and lug the clutter from my car. The room was clean and quite spacious with a nice work table. I also appreciated the functioning and quiet refrigerator.

I thought Doubletree Hotels provides a chocolate chip cookie upon arrival. I was not offered one, and neglected to ask. I only realized my grave faux pas after I had checked out. I have stayed with Doubletree before, and those cookies are awesome. Alas...

The place overall seemed to be clean, most of the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was great the bed and pull out couch was wonderful. Two out of three breakfasts were awesome and of course the cookies were absolutely great! The Christmas tree was lovely!

I found blood stain on my mattress cover, I brought it to the attention of the front desk and they took care of it. The first breakfast I had there was not good. I threw it away and the person who was doing breakfast was not friendly at all. The next day and the following breakfast was great and the man, which was a manager, was great! I told him about the first breakfast not being good. He told me due to Covid he had to lay off all his staff except the one I encountered my first breakfast and she is not very creative when it comes to preparing breakfast.

The privacy, the comfortable bed, and the remote location. Being close to the highway, shops, and restaurants. Plenty of pillows too!

I may of needed an extra towel or two. But it didn't hurt to ask.

Quite. Was in town on business and was able to get a lot of work done, spacious work area. God sleep comfortable bed. Very clean always. I was empresses they have there staff time off Christmas Day and notified the guest they were doing this. Great job guys.

This COVID thing has restricted a lot in all motels . Not there fault at all. It is what it is. But they did a great job under circumstance.

You should inform people about having to pay for breakfast. I found out later at the front desk about it and she said it's rolled into separate package. Need to inform guest at check in!!!!!! Oh and $3.00 breakfast not worth $9.00.

The pull out bed on the couch would not pull out at all......it was either stuck or broken or something.....in was in room 201.

I stay here all the time when I come to Dayton.

with the changes in tech. I feel that the tv’s need upgrades. smart TV’s are the need.

many cosmetic issues in the room. couch seat zippers broken. toilet seat loose, bath tub dripped all the time.

Kevin the manager was awesome and took great care of me during my stay

Although the bed and the room I was going to initially stay in wasn't clean Kevin took care of the situation. I asked housekeeping to claim my room during my stay and one of my days I didn't get serviced. The managers were excellent taking care of my concerns
