Courtyard Dayton South Mall

The room was on the 3rd floor with a balcony. For the most part it was quiet.

Check out staff was less than helpful. There was a billing issue and the hotel manager was annoyed that I asked her to fix it. The third floor smelled like week.

The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was great

The pool was the main reason I booked this hotel and it was not available said it was under construction and alot of the hotel was under construction as I could see the courtyard was not pleasant with grass & greenery it was mostly dirt and finding a parking spot later in the evening was horrible no spots available 😢

The woman work in the front desk was very rude. I really don't see the purpose of using these apps when they don't do nothing for you. I can book my own dam appt. I thought they was to make it easier. I was robbed at gunpoint and I don't have my wallet or ID on me but I've been verified through this booking app and used it several times I don't understand why it's so hard to verify who I am I can't get a room and I'm literally stuck outside. I just don't see the purpose of this app

last nite of my stay the ppl in the room next to mine, was very loud. They were even out in the hall be loud.. Woke me up an had to call the front desk to have them quite it down..

The staff was over the top friendly and the woman at the front desk was so sweet to my kids. It was their first time in a hotel and my first time traveling alone with them so I was nervous. The room was awesome and I loved the full sized hair products since my hair is very long and I always need more than a sample size 😆 the pool was closed for maintenance but I really wish it weren’t because it looked very inviting and cute. The room was spacious and clean and everything you can hope for when you’re staying away from home. I was super impressed. I am very grateful for the inviting feeling that this hotel gave us. Also the lobby and little cafe were just amazingly decorated. I never leave reviews but I felt this was necessary.

Pool was open. Place is clean and quiet.

We had to hunt someone down for pool towels, then 10 minutes later the next group had to do the same. Breakfast was a lame as it gets and still say you have breakfast....went on a search for ice, gave up and went to the desk where I was told they would have to go to the kitchen and get it for me. Kind of odd.

I didn't have the breakfast but everything else was fantastic!

Great location!!! Staff was super nice and the rooms were very clean and comfy and the heated pool the kids loved
