The downtown location, the two attached restaurants, the wifi was very good. Parking was free and close by and abundant. The TV has a very large selection of channels. Room was clean. Ice machine was close and worked very well.
The rooms, while clean, were a bit dated and could hear other guests quite easily. The breakfast was very basic. Would have appreciated some orange juice or waffles or oatmeal to improve the breakfast.

The location was perfect and we were able to walk to restaurants and shops easily. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.
Parking was a challenge. The reserved spots were not really reserved. The parking spots were not lined so many trucks were taking a space and a half and not enough spots in the evening.

I didn't like the high prices for the establishment, I understand it's right in the middle of Salem but so is holiday inn, and it's a lot cheaper but poorer location

Friendly staff. Close location to where we were visiting. Quiet.
Room was freezing until the outside temp hit under 50 degrees outside. Shower water takes too long to warm up that we just skipped showers in the morning. Room was extremely small, so I'm glad friends actually didn't come with us even though it was a double.

They had a nice staff. The rooms were clean, and for where I was going it was within walking distance.
The rooms are tiny, and for that price quite disappointing. You don't get microwave or mini fridge like most hotels. There is two restaurants attached but on weekdays close early.
