The cleanliness is what impressed us the most. Breakfast was outstanding. The staff were nice and helpful

Did not like that the pool and hot tub were unavailable during our stay. I do believe a discount should be offered when that occurs because that was one of the services that were important to us. The other small issue was that the internet service is not user friendly to sign on to. We both had to have help from the front desk person to gain access to the internet. That should be more user friendly in our opinion.

Breakfast was OK. The options were the usual. Since we are watching calories, we only had a light breakfast. The breakfast area was very nice and clean, and well stocked with what we needed.

They were in the midst of some remodeling, so not all of the facilities were in working order at the time we were there. But our room was big and comfortable, and the bed was great. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Alliance.

Very comfortable beds. Great room size. Spectacular breakfast. The lady dressed in Red white and blue was very friendly and prepared an extra special breakfast for the guests on the 4th of July!

The blackout curtains are not designed to close completely making them useless and there are spotlights across the street.

Well maintained & very clean. The breakfast area is immaculate & each morning the selections were varied. Staff is friendly & helpful.

No room service for the 3 day stay, however desk staff was very accommodating for any needs.

I left behind some clothes. They were found and returned to me on a return stay a few days later. Everyone very helpful. Great breakfast too. This was the 4th time staying. We will return next year .

Another chair in the rooms would be helpful. We usually bring in food and there is no additional seating unless one person sits on the bed.

Signage clearly said guests must wear masks, but no staff wore one. Especially problematic for staff serving breakfast. Also, staff was mopping and vacuuming entire breakfast area 45 minutes before closure. Not only was noise disturbing, but floor was slippery for guests coming in for breakfast or coffee.

Most of the staff were very friendly and everything was clean.

We had to ask for towels and coffee. I understand there are changes because of COVID but I felt like the quality of service was way under what we paid for. I think they could set fresh towels and coffee outside the room if they don't want to come in. Maybe deal with each guest on an individual basis. If the guest is worried about exposure have less contact but guest like us who don't watch CNN could have a little better service.

Very clean, nicely decorated, quiet , clean pool and hot tub.

Not enough variety of pillows. All pillows were pretty flat.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff was very nice. The only problem is that there does not seem to be enough staff. Not the current staffs problem. They are working hard.
