Hampton Inn & Suites Niles/Warren, OH

Highly recommended for any purpose. The rooms are comfortable, cosy, and extremely clean. The shower was great. Very good area with many optional restaurants and nice shopping center. The service was extremely helpful. Breakfast is more than you can ask for and the free tea and coffee was very pleasant. I loved it! Extraordinary stay!

We stayed 4 nights, it was in a great location for us, close to anything we needed during our stay. Well-lit, safe and secure. The hotel employees were great to us, including the manager the morning of our departure, who went above and beyond to fill requests for me. I am so thankful for her, though I'm sorry to say I don't recall her name.

The elevators were a little concerning, very loud, jerky and caused us to be a little worried to utilize them.

Front Desk Staff was excellent Property was very clean I don’t eat when I get up so I didn’t eat the breakfast I liked the gym Would love a hot tub

A/C unit vent is not adjustable. Made me very uncomfortable when it came on. But we definitely needed the air on. Just no way to adjust the direction, I got a pain in my shoulder from it.

There was a breakfast as part of 3 day stay. It was great and substantial. We also had a spacious room to recoup and time out. We were in town to visit family, but it was great to have our own comfortable space.

The only thing I wish I had known ahead was that facility had a pool, which was not listed in the description. I did not bring my suit; I did use the fitness room, though.

Everything was clean, staff was very nice and helpful, The Hampton Inns have always been mine and my husband's favorite hotels to go to, never disappointed ☺

The people above us was very noisy, sounded like they were river dancing up there all night 😂 but of course thats nothing to do with the hotel and staff just noisy active guest above us Lol!

Staff, breakfast, the room. I pick Hampton Inn because it’s familiar from the days that we were diamond members. Never disappoints. When my husband had many numerous transplant treatments in Ann Arbor, MI, we grew to know the staff well, and they even had fresh-cut flowers in our room on occasion. I’ve never forgotten their kindnesses.

A loud speaking couple(?) arrived about 2:30 AM and I was awakened. I’m not sure how this could have been prevented.

Clean, nice staff, room was clean and fully set up for us, staff was always attentive to the desk if we needed them. Easy to get to everywhere without a car. Liked the bonfire pit in the back to hang out especially since it was getting chilly it felt nice to be outside when you can’t sometimes when staying at hotels.

The breakfast was not as advertised on the booking website and not as described when checking it. “Hot” breakfast was not a feature that’s oust qualify. It was a cart with quick grab things. Granted COVID is still going on but if you aren’t going to offer breakfast beyond cereal and little yogurts then that needs to be something taken off that guests don’t count on.

Everything was nice and clean no noise or disturbance very peaceful no people hanging outside and im still upset about my cancellation in August i dont understand if cancelled it in time and booking.com or hampton inn still took my money i was being treated for corona virus so i dont understand why i didn't get a free room if neither party wanted to return my money its just that simple and its fair and i was treated like a yo yo with the famous words we didnt take it booking.com did then it was we didnt take ot was hampton inn smh really?

No micowave in room so i had to walk to dining room to heat my sandwich to take my meds, the prices on the rooms changes often the same room that i cancelled last month is doubled this week

The hotel was clean. Front desk workers were very friendly. It was quiet, no loud neighbors or anything. I would definitely stay here again, no question about it.

The only problem I had wasn't with the hotel, it was the parking lot where they had a lot of the roads blocked off from I guess repaving it so it made it a little difficult to get to the hotel because I had to go down and around and back up to get to it. But the hotel was amazing.

The breakfast was good, there was a good variety of options. The breakfast area was kept clean and there was hand sanitizer available. The room was clean and a good size. The property is in a good location and I felt safe.
