Best Western Plus Ardmore Inn & Suites

Pro: great, breakfast, excellent, fitness center, indoor, pool, clean, comfortable, bar, great communication with hotel. Con: nothing everything is great. This is one of the best breakfasts available. They have a full range of food. More than one kind of cereal more than one kind of bread, all kinds of condiments, scrambled eggs, hard-boiled eggs, some kind of meat, fruit, and yogurt. Has a treadmill, elliptical, upright, bike, and weights in fitness room. The rooms are good size. The mattresses are good. Nice TV. Anything you are looking for in a hotel you will find in this hotel. I was very impressed.

The facilities were nice and clean. Breakfast was good. Nice indoor pool. Patel, the night counter person was very friendly and helpful.

I'm my bathroom they had hand towels on the rack by the shower. They should have been bath towels. There was a rack by the sink that had hand towels and wash cloths on it. They had removed extra bath towels. Only one and it was rolled up and put under the sink. Room lighting was a little dim. Everything worked, lights basically in the corners with low wattage bulbs so the center on the room was dimly lit.

I liked the breakfast, fitness room, size of the room and its comfort. The breakfast was much better than the average hotel. There were a lot of choices and I think that most people would find something they wanted to eat. The fitness room had a treadmill, upright bike and somekind of all around gym machine. There were even weights. There was a decent sized pool, but I didn't try it out. There was a bar that served liquor, very unusual for a hotel. Parking was good.

I really didn't see anything that would cause me a problem.

The room was very spacious for our family of 4. This may sound silly but I liked the lighting throughout the room also. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax or get ready comfortably. The breakfast was fantastic!! We were able to save money on breakfast because the hotel breakfast had a lot of options! Something for everyone.

I liked the indoor pool but it could have been cleaner (the inside of the pool floor). It had a very strong chlorine smell. The kids still had fun!

Nice facility in nice location

Since our last time there it appears as if the maintenance has changed. It’s a beautiful facility but won’t stay that way with poor quality maintenance. Ex/ Full size elongated toilet with undersized cheap as cheap gets toilet seat. Stub wall by elevator repainted for touch up but stopped 10” from the top leaving a clear line. Patches where cart bangs outside room doors not smooth nor texture matched. Nobody wants to stay in a place where the repairs are less than what they would accept in their own home unless you are giving the room away. This place will continue to go downhill if a change isn’t made.

it went above what we though or expected . the milk was very cold the food was hot service great all was very clean. my wife had a seizure that night and dropped and broke her two beer bottle's. they staff were very understanding through it all. I offered to pay more and clean it up but he was having none that and said they will take care of. they put the care of complete strangers over the broken glass or extra time to clean on my wifes misfortune. my entire family thanks you and you have earned our business when ever we are in this town again. you deserve 5 stars all day

Very clean and comfortable hotel with a convenient location just off I-35. The room was big, with a comfortable bed, a fridge, a microwave, and nice toiletries. Breakfast was really good; there was plenty of warm food, including two waffle stations. This hotel offers great value for the money!

Very clean, comfortable beds, bar downstairs that’s open in the evenings. Full breakfast with numerous choices including eggs, bacon, sausage and they opened early and stayed open late. Great coffee and many juice and milk choices. I applaud this location for serving breakfast. So many hotels no longer do so or serve a bagged breakfast and there is no need to do so. I will never stay in a hotel again that chooses bagged breakfast or no breakfast at all claiming it’s for COVID safety. Great exercise area and great inside pool. The staff was amazing and the facility is tastefully decorated. Plentiful parking, great central location, yet private enough to avoid noise. We had a perfect stay.

No view to speak of, but acceptable due to location in town and price. I wish there was more TV channels to choose from.

Check-in was fast, staff was friendly, room was clean, and breakfast was great. Appreciated real eggs and potatoes in the morning. We didn't use it this trip, but small bar/lounge area looked really nice.

Elevator needed a cleaning, and the lobby restroom was depleted of supplies.

Room was very large and modern. Great amenities and everything was very clean and welcoming. Had a great breakfast area with good food. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Checkin was fast and easy. Location was good with food nearby. I recommend this location to other travelers.

The only issue was that the price was a bit high but still within reason or we wouldn’t have stayed here. It was a very busy location which could have impacted the higher price that night.
