Best Western Plus Sand Bass Inn and Suites

The room was very clean, breakfast was awesome and the staff was friendly.

The tv satellite did not work, even though weather was fine. Called the front desk, they told us to unplug the tv and plug it back in. If that didn't work, we could change rooms. To me it would have been too much trouble to change our room. The tv satellite provider should have been contacted to make the situation better.

Friendly staff. They fulfilled our request for the location of our room. The coffee stations were well appointed and the coffee was delicious. The breakfast was also good with a adequate amount of foods and beverages to choose from.

The temperature control of the heat and air unit wasn't consistent. The room temperature would go from being too hot to being too cold..

absolute best staff. Shelly was very accommodating and super friendly at all times. hot breakfast served with real eggs. all facilities were clean. the equipment in the gym all worked and a good variety as well.

The beds were super comfortable and everything was well within reach. Very nice and clean. 

I cannot think of anything that I did not like about it. Everything was spot on. There was even free cookies when we got there! It was so very delicious and fresh.

a few other guests were a little rowdy & loud until about 1:20 AM…. not the hotel’s fault…… but I was in the verge of calling the front desk, when they finally quieted down!! I had requested to not be in a busy area, but was the first room off the elevator…

The front desk managers hospitality was wonderful! Something you don’t find often these days. I was apprehensive about staying in the area because I wasn’t familiar with the location but after my stay I would return and recommend to other people. This was a nice place to stay in what felt like the middle of no where! Also, morning breakfast was great and the room was very clean!

wonderful location! Being disabled the room was greatly supplied with handicap rails and wonderful space in all areas of the room. The full breakfast was awesome.

The carpet had recently been shampooed or cleaned and was still damp and had a sour moldy smell in the room #104. Really does need addressed

Great staff, very friendly. Breakfast was good, like that a hot meal was available. Because I recently had surgery, we stayed in a king handicap room. Everything that was handicap feature was appreciated EXCEPT the toilets are standard height & NOT handicap.

Because I recently had major surgery, we stayed in a king handicap room. We were pleased with the grab bars in the shower/tub. However, the toilets are NOT handicap but are standard height & was very displeased at this. The pillows are small, please change to standard size pillows.

Very nice hotel and very friendly staff. I really enjoyed my stay and getting to know the locals in this community. Great history for this area and a great community!

Dogs allowed and they accommodated us by putting us on the first floor right by a door so we could take the dogs in and out easily. Good spaces of parking for our boat. And a pretty good breakfast with more choices than normal!

Beds were pretty hard and the blankets were all real thin.
