Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Ardmore, an IHG Hotel

convenient, near the interstate and food/shopping places. staff was very helpful and friendly. very clean room and comfortable beds.

telephones in the rooms did not work. we had a water leak in the ceiling and tried to call the front desk and the phone did not work. we were well accommodated as we we switched to a new room. there the TV didn’t work and again the phone did not work . They tried to get the TV on but couldn’t.

The staff was AMAZING! I brought my daughter and a few of her friends for a slumber/swim birthday party and the staff made us feel so comfortable! They even got together and signed a birthday card and gave her a stuffed animal (which ended up being one of her favorite gifts!). The manager was so great with all the little girls at breakfast, asking them lots of questions and keeping them entertained!

We got up at 10:00 so were a little late, and missed breakfast. However appreciated the coffee and other little luxuries in the room. The staff was wonderful; very friendly and welcoming. Great job! We will be back!

We had a noisy neighbor. But our son at home is like that too!! He really didn't get loud until we were almost ready to leave anyway. So no problem. We got a great night's sleep. Loved being able to book online because Durant hotels were full. So we drove to Ardmore.

The indoor pool is a nice amenity. The common areas as well as the rooms were very clean, and the staff was outstanding!

The air conditioner did not work correctly, and it never achieved the temperature I wanted (72). It would go on and off at times that were not based on the thermostat, and it was making some weird noises. Also, the phone in my room did not work at all and the clock had the wrong time. There was no obvious way to fix time on the clock.

I love the staff’s personalities. Every one of them greeted us when they saw us. The were very polite when we had questions or concerns. They didn’t give us any trouble when we wanted to leave early and come home and relax before going back to work.

The first room we stayed in had no air but they were very prompt to move us close by with no issues. They didn’t serve breakfast but that’s not really any of their control due to COVID. The hot tub was amazing, it just needed more bubbles but that’s just me being picky... the place was amazing......Thank you!!!!

The room was very clean, and the air conditioner worked exceptionally well. I actually got cold and that doesn't usually happen. There was a chaise lounge in the room that was very cozy. I liked that the hotel put shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in pump bottles mounted on the walls.

Check in was a bit slow. There was only one employee doing it, and the system was not fully uploaded because they had only been open for about a week.

It is an attractive hotel, with nice furnishings. First rate for accoutrement's, Kureg coffee maker in rooms.

It needs a lot of maintenance for such a newer hotel. Floor in bathroom is bad, has loose tiles and needs repair, floor in elevator all cracked and needs repair, lock on room door had been broken into and the door frame needs to be repaired. Such a shame for such a nice hotel.

The staff was friendly the pool was nice. Would like to have had the breakfast bar up and running muffins, coffee, and microwave breakfast sandwiches just not what we wanted.

We caught it just as they were changing over to another Hotel Chain this trip. Nothing was bad if the boxes and furniture hadn't been out you would have never known it was changing. Looking forward to the new La Quinta just across the street next time.

the property was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful

our shower had some issues. the faucet wasn’t attached at the wall and wouldn’t completely shift from faucet to shower head. the TV didn’t have a “guide” option

It was very nice. We liked the breakfast.

Not your fault, we did not like that we left our food and new wine bottles in the frig:) There went 25 dollars. I do hope someone enjoyed it. There wasn't anything we did not like. Thank you. I did not get my receipt because the computer was done.
