We were visiting my family, the value for what we got was crazy. This was such a nice property, and I used to work in the hotel industry, so I have an idea of how it works. The staff was super friendly. I had one lady that I am pretty sure was housekeeping, that could tell I looked lost for a second, and approached me first. This is excellent customer service.
The only downside was the the room above us loud on Sunday morning of checkout, assuming they were in for Easter weekend as well, and it was just noisy when we were trying to sleep in. Understandable, but we were exhausted from the weekend.

Breakfast was expected since covid has hampered most things. Indoor pool was great. Very clean and friendly staff.
Bratty 8 year old ish kid in the pool splashing my 3 year old in the face, we ended up leaving the pool area since his mother was too busy or didn’t care he was picking on a very small child. Was informed it was swim at your own risk, and staff wouldn’t offer help. Several left the pool because of the young boy.

The bed and bedding were so comfortable that I didn’t want to get out of bed the next morning! Higher quality towels than other chains I’ve stayed in for the same price. The room was spacious with good AC unit.
I had to wipe up the tile floor in the bathroom. It wasn’t very clean and should be an easy surface to keep clean. Toenails imbedded in carpet, too. Yuck, but the rest of the room made up for it.

All of the door handles need to be wiped down. Propane gas odor outside of maintenance room on 1st floor— I alerted the front desk

The breakfast was by far the best we have had at hotels. We travel for cheer and family frequently so free breakfast is a plus.
