Hilton Garden Inn Ardmore

The staff were very welcoming and went above and beyond for us. From interactions with my big kiddos having midnight munchies. They were able to access the front desk pantry and all. We had a wonderful secure stay and the price was just right. After returning home, we realized my husband left his ID behind and team member Jessi tracked it down. She will be mailing it back to Texas. Thank you so very much Jessi! You are truly are a lifesaver and a gem. We will definitely be back in the next month or 2.

was supposed to have a complimentary breakfast and that was not the case but didn't mind that its just you should not advertise a free breakfast if you aren't going to offer it.

After we checked in i seen all these dogs. Did not know it was a pet friendly hotel. nothing against pets but I don't want to have a room that has had dogs in it. Early morning at 6 there were dogs barking in the hall. would prefer the dogs not be in the place that I am staying. But at least they all had leashes on them. we always stay at the Hilton but will ask next time before I book a stay.

Very unsafe handicap bathroom facilities. Don’t recommend if you have mobility/balance issues as you have to step into a regular tub and then use a shower chair that causes the water to spray out onto the floor. Serious fall risk as you ever out of the shower.

I liked that i felt like i got to stay in a hotel that i normally couldnt afford for half the price!! I loved that it was unique and different. I loved the extra floor space in the room. I liked the natural/modern theme of the room. Loved having a chair and ottoman in the room. I liked that you had neutrogena soap and shampoo. The breakfast was in a box, but had the highest quality breakfast foods in it. It was an overall wonderful experience!! I would definately stay there again!

The thing that could have been better is that i like flat pillows instead of full, so a couple of different sizes of pillows on the bed would have been better for me.

We checked out and hit the road to our final destination. About 90 minutes into our 5 hour drive, I realized that I had left an item behind in the room. It wasn’t anything too important and I didn’t think that I would even call to see if they had found it. Within ten minutes of my realization, I received a phone call from the front desk manager. She informed me that the cleaning staff had found my item that I had forgotten. I told her thanks so much and that I would stop by to pick it up on our return trip home later in the week. Very appreciative of their conscientious attention to my carelessness. I didn’t even have to call to inquire, they reached out to me first!! Awesome.

Great location. Very friendly staff. The room was clean, very comfortable. The availability of refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine in the room made the stay even more convenient. I would definitely recommend this property!

We had absolutely no issues here. All the facilities were clean and as described. Centralized location in Ardmore was convenient to restaurants and interstate. Great place to stay!

Alex the front desk clerk on duty when I checked in was great! She went out of her way to help if anything was needed.

There were guests who went outside and played loud music from their cars and I think they were smoking pot in the hotel. You could smell it in the air in the hallways.

The location was convenient of the freeway. The staff was excellent and courteous

The only issue was that we did not have any large bath towels in the room I had to call downstairs for some, however they were brought to us very quickly

The hotel had a lot of places of to eat around them. The rooms were just like the pictures on booking.com. The employees were nice. The beds were super comfy.

On here is stated check in was at 3 but I couldn’t check in hotel until like 4:30 or 5 ish
