Staff and price and location.. hot pockets were not as bad as I expected. Quick easy check in and out. My wife is very picky about the beds at hotels but these were very comfortable.

Their was no iron in room but that was addressed quickly. Bathroom door hinge was needing new screws but maintance man fixed quickly. So all in all not really to fuss about

Beautiful room. The most comfortable bed. The room was furnished with an oversized chair, a desk with a nice office chair, plenty of electrical outlets, refrigerator and microwave. It was very nice. The bathroom was very nice with the noted exceptions. The water pressure was good and the water was hot.

Clerk refused to give me a receipt, insisting that since I booked on Bookings.com I would get a receipt from Bookings.com. She said that receipts are never given when booking on Bookings.com. That is just not true. I already had six receipts from this trip. Two cookies, a fruit bar and a tiny orange does not a breakfast make. Check in was a small problem. I guaranteed with a debit card and wanted to change to a credit card. Finally allowed to do so. The bathroom looked like it had hosted a brawl. A bottom corner of the mirror was broken off and the door was bashed in.

I was overcharged for the rooms I rented. I was charged 147.00 per room. I was told to contact you about that. Please help.

Everyone was friendly and polite. I was stunningly overcharged though. Nearly double what I was lead to believe on your site when I booked through you. I’m on disability and that hurt my budget.

It was a good value for the price, The comfort of the bed was wonderful and the most important thing was the semi-truck parking available close by. I also appreciated the late check in.

When I walked through the main doors to check in there was something spilled on the floor and my boots stuck to it making an awful sound so that did not make a first impression also I realized it was super late when I was checking in but the night clerk was not the friendliest face

Room was nice and comfortable.

Stench of mold as we entered the back door to go upstairs. No Elevators. Desk clerk didn't arrive to front desk, had to wait for 7 minutes. I didn't know how to turn the shower on, ended up taking a bath instead of a shower:( Continental breakfast nook looked empty.

It was some what easy to get too.

When we checked in at 7:30 in the evening breakfast still hadn’t been cleaned up. The place was dirty. Cleaning crew was there cleaning rooms. The hallways were dirty.

The first room we were given had a bath tub that was black with mold. The next room had urine around the toilet which we cleaned up rather than move again. The doors need rehung. They are hard to close.

Remodelled very nicely and very clean. I love access from multiple doors as well as the lobby. You can park much closer to your room.

The shower was new but not something we were used to. My husband couldn't figure it out so took his first bath in 50 years. Couldn't get up because of the very slick tub. Maybe. Some info. Very lucky he didn't fall. Very slick tub. Also took a very long time for hot water. Bath nicely redone but not too great for us oldies.

I liked that the management wasn't quick to be rude, and that we could get in the building at multiple entrances and exits. I didn't like that the rooms weren't more equip to keep the conversations and music in our room even though the tv wasn't that loud.

I've already stated what I didn't like, my bad. Overall it was a good experience!

Very nice room. Most hotels mattresses are hard but your was very soft

Not enough lighting in the bathroom. Needs to be brighter especially when showering and doing makeup
